First of all, they work on commission. So let's all pause to think about that. Second, I went in for A cleaning and with barely looking at my mouth, I was told I needed paradontal treatment. After 4 visits in 2 months, I was told I needed more treatment and the cost would be expensive. They continuously pushed a $150 toothbrush on me, making it seem that if I used anything else, my teeth would fall out. Not to mention I always waited 30-45 minutes to be seen. I finally went to get a second opinion because I've always taken care of my smile. Within 5 minutes my new dentist said there is nothing wrong with my teeth or my gums. That he hears all the time how Aspen Dental tells you all this work needs to be done but in reality, you're fine. He also took a look at a previous filling done there and told me they over-drilled and there is no reason I needed a filling that big and they could have done extreme damage to that tooth. Do not go here. It's not worth it. They will try to push everything under the sun on you because it means more money in their pocket. And if you absolutely have to go to Aspen dental, stay away from the one in Bristol. It's the worst of the 3 in the TRI. Please, learn from my mistake. And get a second opinion on any procedures they say you need. It'll be worth it in the long run!

Honestly worst experience I've had. Not necessarily the people as they were all friendly. In 2018 I had a filling in my front tooth come out that had been in over 20+ years. I went to Aspen Dental as a new patient and had xrays and exams and after my exam I was taken to the finance managers office to discuss what I needed done and pricing. Suddenly my $120 visit became a $1200 visit because I was told I had early stage gum disease and should have a periodontal procedure done. I didn't have dental insurance and simply couldn't afford it so they rescheduled me for the filling about 3 days later. Had the filling put in at the cost of $120 and fast forward to today. Last week part of the filling broke off and I called to schedule to have it fixed. Since it had been 2 years I had to have xray and exam again, same procedure...dentist looks me over then off to finance manager. Same thing, they need to do the periodontal procedure before fixing my filling. Only difference this time was the procedure is now $3800 which I still cant afford to have done. 2 years it more than tripled in price. When I told her no, she asked what I was wanting done and when I told her I just wanted the filling they put in fixed, she told me it would be $444 on top of the $120 I paid before ever being taken back for xray and exam. Again, I'm not as upset with the individuals as I am the company, after all, they make the rules. In the end, I left without getting the filling fixed and felt like I would have been just as well served to walk in and lay $120 on the desk and walk out. At least I wouldn't have missed 2 1/2 hours of work.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, patiently explaining my options and scheduling my follow-up appointment when it was convenient to me. I especially want to recognize Chelsea for making me feel that my needs were important.

I have had numerous bad experiences with dentists in the past. They caused me to have high anxiety when I went to Aspen Dental. The staff was sooo understanding and patient. The dentist was really nice and caring. I feel a lot better knowing I go back on Monday to have a wisdom tooth extracted.

Threw worst experience ive ever had. First they tried to schedule me an appointment 30 days out for a broken tooth. Then when i was able to get an appointment within a week at the Bristol tn office, when i walked it it looked like everyone had smelled a fart. The dentist was clumsy and hit my broken tooth 3 times with his little round mirror so i grabbed his hand and had to tell him to stop since he couldn't stop accidentally hitting my tooth. I decided by the end of the visit that i wasn't coming back. The next day i called and advised of this and asked for my x-ray for my new dentist. They were refusing. They said i had to come within 30 minutes to get it because they were closing. I asked for them to be emailed. They said no i have to fill out the release form. I advised that i did that the day before. Then They said no it'll take 10 business days. I asked, very politely to speak to the office manager. They put on the regional manager. I asked very politely why it would take 10 business days when an email usually takes less than a minute. Her response, very snarky in tone was " because that's our corporate policy." So again i said "ma'am this is very important that I get these today. Is there a phone number that i may call to speak with someone at corporate in hopes that they'll take sympathy on my situation and May possibly rectify the situation?" Her response, even more nasty than the previous one, was "i AM CORPORATE" and then hung up. Well, i called corporate after this, and they were very apologetic and guess what, Ashley from corporate? THEY SENT MY X-RAY TO ME IMMEDIATELY. So she essentially lied to me because they knew i had decided to take my business elsewhere. Pretty sure they broke a HIPPA law or two, but i finally got what i needed, no thanks to the girls in the Bristol TN office. If you want a doctor that is personable and can build a connection with you, this is not the place to go. They don't even have rooms.just small dividers between your chairs. No privacy. I do not recommend. Oh, and they'll lie to you and tell you that you can for sure make payments for your dental work, and then when you get there they'll tell you that you're not approved. Avoid at all cost!

A business like this is why zero stars should be an option. They advertise $19 exam and x-rays for new patients. This is only for those with no insurance. Those of us with insurance may pay well over $100 as they cannot apply a coupon if you have insurance. Their "good faith" estimate may be off by several hundred dollars, and they think that is just fine. I would not recommend this dental office to my worst enemy. I will find a local dentist who actually believes in fair business.

I visited Aspen Dental in Bristol Tennessee this week to have a consoltation for my wisdom teeth. The whole staff was wonderful! I was seen by Doctor Carle and he was so helpful letting me know what needed to be done to get my teeth in order. I unfortunately do not have dental insurance but the office manager, Andrew Tucker, helped me so much figuring out what sort of payment plan I could get on. I never had a "go to" dentist but from here on out I will always be using Aspen Dental at the Bristol Tennessee location. They made my experience comfortable and welcoming. The whole staff was great! I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist office in the area.

I found the staff at Aspen Dental very professional. I did not wait anytime before getting my ex rays and seeing the dental assistant. After talking with the dentist we knew my situation would take 2 visits. I told the dental assistant I would be leaving for vacation in a week so she checked and I was told they had a cancellation for the very next day and offered to work me in. Very satisfied and would recommend to family and friends.
