The best dental experience I have ever had. First of all, massage chairs while they work on you. Yesssss! You are offered a comfort menu of things to help make you comfortable while they do their thing! The hygienist was so professional and sweet, very calming. They didn’t try to force me into doing anything, like previous dentists have. Loved it there!

My daughter, who was once terrified of the dentist, had three cavities filled last week. I was in a separate room for my appointment and received a text from her stating “Momma, this is the best treatment.” She then texted a photo of herself wearing an eye mask. The next photo showed her with a neck pillow and the last photo was her covered in a fluffy blanket. She took full advantage of their spa menu!! She also texted that the dental hygienist held her hand when she started to get nervous. Absolutely incredible service from start to finish.

I have been going to this dentistry for several years. They really spoil their clients and make every visit comfortable because let us be honest, most of us fear or don't really enjoy dental visits. However, RRD tries very hard to make it the most pleasant experience. Their staff are friendly and take good care of you. My hygienist Lauren took great care of me. She was thorough and gentle. I felt very little discomfort during my cleaning. She also was friendly, happy to chit chat. It really made things calming and enjoyable. Thank you!!

From the moment I walked in I felt more welcome than I can remember feeling anywhere in quite some time. The entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Every person I came in contact with was incredibly professional and friendly enough to share multiple laughs with that made the room light up with smiles that not even our masks could hide. The work done was well explained and some how the overall morale of the visit made the slight discomfort of the procedure feel like a small price to pay. To whomever may find this review I sincerely hope you consider making River Run Dental your new home because it doesn't feel like a dentist's office, rather a luxury spa that specializes in oral health. 100% recommend

As always, the staff are amazing. Communication is great. I love getting the text reminders. I'm also impressed by your efforts at Social distancing by having me wait in my car and then coming out to check my temp etc before bringing me in. I've had several major dental procedures done recently. River Run always has my crowns etc in on time. They always do a great job of planning the entire process out (scheduling all appointments and giving me costs etc) from day one. Nobody 'loves' going to the dentist, but I do love River Run.

I have always felt at ease here. They have a check in list that you fill out before you come in that lets them know ahead of time how best you would like to have your experience go. They even set me up with multiple names of second opinions I could get for a gum grafting I’m having to get in the upcoming year. All of the dentists are friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going here for years and will keep coming.

I typically go to the Short Pump location with Kendall (who is phenomenal as well!), but they have been booked; I was on the phone with Brooke and she was able to get me in the NEXT DAY (today) with Jessica at the Shrader Rd location. Being my first time, I was warmly welcomed by their front desk staff and Jessica came out promptly to take me back. She thorough had read my chart and I did not have to fill her in on ANYTHING. Her cleaning was amazing, yet so gentle. I believe I was examined by Dr. Vinson, who just continued to impress me and my experience. Don’t get me wrong, I most certainly love my Short Pump staff, but it was SUCH a pleasurable experience at this location as well. Thank you ALL for everything. Jenna

I am BLOWN AWAY by River Run! I have been deeply afraid of the dentist for the last 27 years, and this is the first dentist that I am not afraid to visit. Oddly enough, I actually look forward to my visits. I have been to over 15 dentists, so that’s definitely saying something about their UNBELIEVABLE customer service.
Amy (my hygienist) is the BEST! I can not recommend her more.
Their “comfort menu” is unreal. I feel like we all assume the dentist visit has to be painful, but they are doing everything in their power to make us comfortable. Take advantage of the complimentary options!
