A friend recommended River Run Dental to me a couple of years ago. I'm 60 and have had several dentists in my lifetime. River Run is, hands down, the best dentist practice I've ever experienced. They are professional, thorough and always explain what's going on. I highly recommend them. Complimentary gourmet coffee/tea and snacks are a nice bonus.

Elena the hygienist was the sweetest thing and it was a breeze taking X-rays (when it hasn’t been at prior offices). And then Dr Vinson was amazing and went over everything with me but didn’t make me feel under any pressure to move forward with their recommendations! I will be going for all my dental needs going forward!

Kim and Dr Adler were amazing! I am very afraid of all dental procedures but they made sure I was comfortable and educated. They were patient and kind and that made all the difference. I had a crown placed and it feels like a normal tooth. River Run is where I will be taking my whole family. They are very customer oriented and I appreciate that.

Let me just say if you think customer service is dead then you need to go to this dental group. From the moment you walk in with the experience in the lobby then escorted around the entire practice prior to your appointment hearing about what they offer and their vision statement and 3 convenient locations.Then you are swept off into a chair(a massage chair) no less and handed a menu of extras to make the comfort you feel during your cleaning; an experience that I have never experienced at another practice. Bravo to River Run and their entire staff. Becca thank you for the exceptional cleaning and Dr Adler thank you for not making me feel rushed like others I have seen elsewhere and going over all my needs with me !! I can not say enough about this practice!!

Got referred here by a friend who gave them glowing reviews and I’m so glad I made an appointment. The whole experience from start to finish was very professional and comfortable. Their facility is modern and clean, really gives off that spa vibe. My hygienist and doctor were very efficient, honest, knowledgeable, and very nice. Can’t say enough good things about river run dental. Also, they have massage exam chairs which is a game changer you didn’t even know you needed at the dentist.

Yall listen. This is THE ONE. I am so impressed with this place and the entire staff. My hygienist gave me a tour of the that ended at cozy room. Massage chair AND TV!!! She offered me the Comfort Menu which has FREE things, such as a blanket, neck pillow, eye cover, essential oils and much more. So, I know those are not the most important things about a good dentist, but it does make them stand out. Sharon was my hygienist and she talked me thru everything and answered all my questions. I told her that I am not interested in implants and that I am on a budget. She relayed everything to Dr. Adler and we came up with a treatment plan that works for ME. Dr. Adler was just amazing. Her plans were realistic and she did not try to sell me on the most expensive procedures. That was really important to me. I just really loved how warm and informative everyone was. I didn't feel any pressure and I did not feel less important because I don't want to spend huge amounts of money. I have experienced that in other offices. Finally, they gave me a free gift which was a very nice insulated tumbler and offered me coffee and other refreshments in the lounge (waiting room). These people go the extra mile to make you less anxious about the dentist and extremely comfortable. I am so happy I found them.

So far I've taken two of my kids and myself to Dr. Wooten at River Run Dental. He's great, as are the hygienists, and the experience is as good as one could hope for a dentist visit. My youngest allowed a dentist to polish his teeth for the first time ever, which is a pretty solid recommendation!

I haven’t been to a dentist in years unfortunately and I thought my teeth were pretty bad… Antonella Garces and Dr. Emily Sinclair reassured me that my teeth were not as bad as I expected them to be and really walked me through every process. They were very kind and knowledgeable and made me excited to get back on track with dental visits. I will definitely be coming to this office every time and referring anyone looking for a dentist to this location!
