Every staff member you encounter is polite, cheerful, and looks you in the eye. No one is watching Tik Tok. As far as my experience with the Dentist and the hygienist: AMAZING! they communicated every step of the way and were very encouraging. I needed nitrous oxide because I get really scared of dental work. They never made me feel dumb or embarrassed and made a point to say if I felt any pain at all, to let them know. I had a really great experience and am looking forward to my next appointment; something I have never said about the dentist in all 36 years of my life. Ha!

As a new patient I was extremely impressed. Going to the dentist is not the most fun thing to do, but the first class treatment provided sure helped. Very professional and relaxed atmosphere. It was truly a mix of dentistry and spa. My Hygienist and Dentist were great!!

Best dental exam I've ever had! First time I've left the dentist after a cleaning and my teeth were not sore. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Would totally recommend this place to anyone! If you are not a fan of going to the dentist, this place will change your opinion on that for sure.

I am giving the Shrader Road office 1 star only because the office is clean and there are nice amenities for a dentist office. Other than that, I would not recommend. They texted me after my appointment to find out how my appointment went and when I told them, they didn’t address any of the problems. The highlights: 1. I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early; I was the only one in the waiting room. Three other people arrived a few minutes after me. As I sat waiting, the other 3 were each called in before me. About 15-20 minutes later, I was called in. 2. It appeared that the hygienist was trying to find something wrong with my teeth. He kept probing around, especially at one, then kept talking about doing more X-rays that I just had done in my previous visits. I tried to be pleasant about it but just ended up agreeing to whatever he said so I could get out of there. He kept looking at the screen and took a long time reading whatever was on the screen. I sincerely wonder if he was inexperienced. 3. The worst part of the visit was during the cleaning, the paste kept going down my throat and I reflexively swallowed a couple mouthfuls because my mouth kept filling up with saliva and wasn't suctioned out. When I got home, I started feeling nauseous and didn't understand why. I explained my symptoms to a friend and was told I may have had a reaction to ingesting the paste used to clean my teeth, and then this fluoride treatment afterwards that I've never had before (and that the hygienist made me pay a copay on right there as I sat in the chair which seemed very odd to me). My symptoms included severe nausea, abdominal pain, headache, and thirst.
I don't remember when I've had such an awful routine visit to a dentist and will not be returning.

I haven't been to the dentist in years and River Run Dental Spa took good care of me. Becca and Dr. Wheeler made sure I was squared away and answered every question I had for them. They were very kind and knowledgeable. My first time there I received a quick tour of the facility and they provided me with a cool gift. I will definitely be recommending people to get their dental work through River Run!

Edited to add: Went back for my regular cleaning, and again it was a great experience! The providers are clearly committed to staying up to date in the field, and I couldn't recommend them more.

I love this office I never been to a place that give u a full understanding of what going on. The customer service was amazing. First impressions is all way the best and they did an great job. Today was my very first time at River Un Dental and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dental office. Very clean office! Amy was the hygienist I worked with today and she was very nice and friendly. She gave me a tour of the office before we started, made sure I was comfortable and got a understanding of my wants and needs. Dr. Sinclair was also really nice and sweet. I highly recommend this office!
