I’m sure I’ve already left a review for their outstanding service, but I’ll do it again in a heartbeat. This is the BEST dentist in the area! They are thoughtful, kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I love my dentists (shout out to Dr. Wheeler and Dr. Wooten!) and all of the staff from the receptionists and hygienists to the care coordinators. Have been recommending this place to peers and friends alike since I started going here. Y’all rock!

River run came highly recommended by my coworkers and I was not disappointed. So many lovely accommodations! And the chairs were message chairs! My hygienist was kind, informative and comforting and so was the dentist. As a person who has a lot of dentist anxiety after an incident with an infection after a tooth extraction I left here feeling great and not nervous at all about my next visit! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Had a wonderful first visit to River Run Dental! I expected great service but they far exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a dentist similar to the one I had when I lived in Chesapeake and River Run met that expectation and more! I felt like I got competent, friendly service and feedback regarding my dental health and future recommendations without anyone being pushy about services or demeaning about dental health! I definitely plan to keep them as my dental service provider!

Had a really great experience from the moment I walked in until I walked out. They we very kind, informative, and efficient. They explained everything to me and what was going on the whole time. Moreover, I never felt like I was sitting around waiting for something to happen. I walked in and they went to work with me the whole time. Also, the gift was a nice unexpected surprise. Great experience! Found them online, downloaded my personal info and insurance online, chose my dental hygienist and appointment online. Within 24 hours my insurance was approved, my hygienist chosen and appointment set, online! So you might think I do not like personal interaction? Not at all! I like the efficiency the online process provides but once I hit the office door I expect friendly, professional service, which I received in spades. Christine, my hygienist, was really sweet and for the first time in a long time my cleaning was pain free. They had some pretty nifty technology which establishes a baseline for future appointments. My new dentist is Dr. Dongieux, again very friendly, professional, and kindly corrected my Tagalog. I have lived in Richmond for 18 years, and was very pleased with my dentist. I had to change due to going on my wife's insurance. I consider myself damn lucky I found River Run Dental to continue my dental care!

I went to River Run Dental Spa for the first time today and I have to say it was the best dental experience I have ever had! Not only is the staff extremely friendly, but they genuinely care about your experience and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I have some tooth sensitivity which always gives me a bit of anxiety when going to the dentist, but my hygienist made sure to apply a topical numbing gel and I didn’t feel a thing! I honestly wish every dentist office was like this. I cannot wait to go back in 6 months, and I’ve definitely never felt that way about the dentist before!
