River Run Dental

Today was my first experience with River Run Dental. It was an incredibly positive experience. The staff are friendly, efficient, and highly qualified at what they do. They are patient with explaining the patient’s care very clearly. I have no qualms about returning whatsoever. You can feel confident in this choice.

Wow. This place is awesome. Not only is the office beautiful and clean, the employees are nice, professional and extremely friendly. They go out of their way to ensure you are relaxed and comfortable during your visit. Online process makes everything from scheduling an appointment to checking in quick & easy. Without a doubt the best dental visit I’ve ever had.

River Run Dental is the absolute best. I always leave satisfied with the service. Going to the dentist used to feel like such a chore or errand. But ever since I began visiting River Run Dental, it has become something I actually look forward to. I recommend river run dental to the fullest.

My dental experience has been absolutely amazing! All of the staff have been very courteous & my dentist has been very efficient. I am so glad that I chose this dental office.

This office and staff were extremely nice, and accommodating. No issues here. However, as a new patient (have never been here before), we filled out all the necessary paperwork and questions as appropriate beforehand, and at no point, were we told that apparently a new patient appointment was going to be split into 2 appointments on different days.

We just were going for a regular cleaning, nothing special and no special or extra work being done that day. After full-series xrays being done and general evaluation, we were told that the appointment was over, after not yet having the teeth cleaned. We were told that another appointment had to be made for the cleaning, which we were not told beforehand. We assumed we'd get xrays and cleaning done in the same visit. If that's their normal policy, totally fine. I've been to a lot of dentists and have never experienced this before -- where we had to split the appointment.

Pretty inconvenient that we were not told this ahead of time. Or perhaps more time should be allotted for a new patient, if this is their regular policy. Again, we had nothing extra being done. Just a cleaning and xrays. Maybe make this policy more clear in the future? The only reason we could have our teeth cleaned, too, in this visit, was because the patient after us had actually canceled their appointment. Kind of strange.

I chose this dentist because of the high ratings and reviews. Don’t be fooled. My initial impression was favorable until some other things happened. Firstly my cleaning was scheduled and the day before my appointment I get a call to reschedule. Apparently the hygienist that did my intake wasn’t going to be in that day. So we basically got to know each other for nothing. So the premise of having someone you already are familiar with do your cleaning was basically a lie as a stranger that I never met ended up doing my cleaning which is fine but don’t make it a point to say that you offer that as a convenience when you don’t. Secondly seems like billing with all dentists is an issue. This dentist was no exception. Billed my care credit card for the appropriate amount but instead of taking the longest promotional offer which gives the client more time to pay the bill off the young lady chose the shortest one so now I have to come up with the balance quick fast and in a hurry which I don’t have. And of course the office can’t fix it. I’m giving two stars because it’s a nice new office building. That’s all they get credit for. And trust me. I’m a very reasonable person. I really expected 5 star service. So maybe I’m not as reasonable as I think.

10 out of 10 would recommend. Very professional, welcoming and friendly staff! I was blown away by the size of the office and how efficiently the team worked to bring patients in for check ups. My Dental Hygienist, Sam, was extremely knowledgeable about the teeth, gums and best dental practices. Dr. Adler took the time to discuss the health of my mouth and answer all of my questions. I already have my 6 month check up scheduled and I’m looking forward to it!

River Run Dental has a staff of caring professionals. At every step the staff is about your comfort. The offices are beautiful,clean, and up to date with latest technology. Overall experience is well worth the drive and your time.

Today I had a routine cleaning with Rebecca! She was so kind, professional, and so easy going! I love how careful she was with my teeth, and making sure my comfort and safety were a top priority. She took the time to offer me comfort menu items, and made sure to pay attention to detail with my cleaning. She was so gentle with my flossing but also ensured a deep clean. I highly recommend that everyone sees Rebecca, I can't wait to!! Also, it was so nice to spend some time with Dr. Adler who really listened to my concerns and addressed them. I felt like she heard me, and really came through to make sure everything would be figured out! I truly enjoy going to the dentist here, it makes me feel part of the team, heard, and safe! As an ICU RN, safety is key and they always make sure to follow all the protocols and I appreciate everyone for doing that!

Been at both locations and no complaints. Overall great experience. One downfall that must get fixed is the confusion for multiple locations when go to show up. A loophole can have you in wrong location. I get the Dentist work at both locations but a flag should be arranged and the scheduling keeps you to that preferred location .like I said everything was excellent just need to fix this one issue.
