River Run Dental

Absolutely ridiculous. This dentist called me about a week and a half ago to try to get me to move my appointment date for a cleaning because they had earlier availibility. I work full time at a hospital and am full time in school therefore I have next to no available days that I have to get in for a cleaning. I broke a tooth about a month ago and was limping myself to this cleaning so that the dentist could evaluate and I not need to miss either work or school to do so. When calling to confirm today the timing for tomorrow. They have 0 record of any appointment for me tomorrow and now I will have to go several months with a broken tooth and no cleaning before I will have an open schedule to get into have it evaluated. I am not sure how they have 0 record of my appointment when they called me and left a voicemail a week and a half ago about this appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.

Do yourself a favor and River Run far away from this practice. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers. I’m not even sure they are real dentists. They try to fool you with kindness using their “comfort menu” but that should be a full-on warning. They just want money. Plain and simple. They don’t care about doing the right thing and simply just help me take care of my teeth. The fact that they have a “financial advisor” should’ve sent me packing. They up-charge you to death and give false information about what needs to be done. Half of the time the billing is wrong and they will do anything to get money from you instead of your insurance. Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER use this fraud of a dentist, especially for any major dental work.
It’s only a matter of time before they are shut down for their unfair and deceptive business practices— all kinds of UDAAP violations going on here. I’ve already reported them to CFPB, BBB and will report to anywhere else that needs to know about this “business”. I’ve never been so upset and felt so mistreated and deceived by a “medical professional” in my whole long life. Any positive reviews have got to be lies or employees. Anyone I know that’s used this practice has NEVER said anything good about them and they have always left to find a better dentist, which I’m doing too.

Don't waste your time or money at any other dental practice!!! This is where you want to be....trust me!!! As a new patient, I was extremely impressed by EVERYTHING!!!! They were efficient, my appointment started on time and I was out of there less than an hour. Everything was explained to me, everyone was friendly and I left feeling extremely satisfied and confident in my decision! If someone gives this place a bad review, I would be completely surprised. Granted my dentist was great (Sinclair) and my hygienist was even better (Rebecca) so I can't vouch for everyone, but with that duo...you can't go wrong!!!!!!

It had been a little while since I've visited the dentist. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, making me comfortable throughout the entire experience. I plan to go for cleanings much more frequently now!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience. From the time I arrived to the time I checked out everyone was friendly and professional. Everything was explained thoroughly and clearly, with different treatment options provided. The building was super clean and inviting. My only regret is NOT coming here sooner and seeing another dentist that I did not care for for so long!

I wish I can put Zero . I never saw Liars, rude and unprofessional like the people in River dental. I went to them 4 months ago for broken tooth . I told them that I want to do implant since is fron tooth . After they checked my insurance they told that I have to pay for the crown only 650 $ . After I went to oral surgeon and place the implant I back to them for the crown . they told me the crown will cost you 1516$ . I told them but you told me 650& she said that you misunderstood. I said ok that’s fine . She said you will be make 3 payment each payment 504 $ . I said ok and I did the first payment . After one week I received a call from them they said your payment will increase to 2200$ I said for what she said that we apologize but this the correct number which is totally doesn’t make sense. My advised to everyone be careful and stay a way from River dental they will steal your money.

Today was my first visit with River Run Dental. It was really great. I got a good vibe from my experience. My hygienist Sam was professional and very nice and thorough. Dr Wheeler was awesome and addressed some issues I had with concern & her professional opinion. This dental office is beautiful!

I REALLY don't like going to the dentist! However, this place is amazing! The employees are friendly and on time. They make you feel as comfortable as possible during your visit and procedure. They offer a "menu" of different items from headphones to aromatherapy to help you relax. The hygienists explain what they are doing every step of the way. The dentist answers all questions and I have never felt rushed. I would recommend them to everyone!

Top notch facilities, equipment, and customer service. Everyone was super nice, great at their job, and efficient with their (and my) time! I highly recommend River Run Dental to anyone looking for dental care.

I had a bad experience the last time I went. The dentist was very impatient with me when I needed a moment because the drill was hurting my tooth. (A sigh of impatience when the Novocain hasn’t helped is pretty awful for someone slightly embarrassed and uncomfortable at the dentist btw) It felt like my appointment was squeezed between something he obviously would rather be doing instead of doing my procedure. He continued, and as the pain persisted, he quickly told me he was “done” and told the hygienist to just finish up. (He was over me and my teeth apparently) When the process was over, I barely even got a good look at him before he was gone. When I got home, not only did I leave a review that went unanswered, but my tooth now HURTS where there was no pain before. I called recently to cancel my follow up appointment and told the receptionist I had a bad experience and have switched to a new dentist. She said “okay, your appointment is canceled” with no solution offered. This place just wants your money.
