First I love how I live in between two locations for River Run Dental in case one doctor isn’t available I can just go to another location. This will be my second review and they never disappoint. I had an appointment with Amy and she was so sweet. I love how she could personally relate to my concerns regarding my teeth and had many solutions. I love the atmosphere. It’s always clean. And they always have complimentary snacks and drinks. This is literally a spa. I could brag all day and will always recommend this place

This is the best dentist office I've ever been to. The place is beautiful. They have a comfort menu where you can get a blanket, hot towel, neck pillow, seltzer water, a snack, etc etc. The facility is meticulously clean and the staff are excellent. They are strictly following covid safety protocols. Their teeth cleaning services were super gentle and enjoyable. So glad this was recommended to me.

I recently moved to the area and was unsure that I would be able to find a dental office that would live up to the expectations set by my previous one. After being referred to River Run Dental by my daughter, I was pleasantly surprised that those expectations were exceeded! Each of the personnel I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Lizzie and Megan for taking the time to provide explanations and answers to my questions. Thanks for an awesome first visit and looking forward to many more!

I hadn't been to the dentist in 5+ years because of a bad experience I had once. I'm new to Richmond and knew it was time to get a routine cleaning and checkup. Let me tell you it is 5 star treatment at River Run! First they take the highest precautions to protect patients against covid exposure which I really appreciated. The establishment is really clean and has a nice layout. I was given a tour and a welcome gift for my first visit. They even offer a complementary menu including snacks, neck pillows and eye mask. Plus they have massage chairs . The hygenist was super thorough gathering my history and she was very gentle in her cleaning ( my last experience at another dentist I left bleeding). The dentist was super friendly and both her and the hygenist put together a good preventative plans and spent plenty of time answering any questions I had. It was really nice experience and I'm happy to be a patient here.

Prior to coming to River Run I had (embarrassingly) not been to the dentist in quite some time - mainly do to having terrible experiences prior. They made me feel so comfortable and didn’t make me feel bad for going years without going to the dentist. Every experience since has been amazing and I have sent multiple friends here since I started going and could not recommend them more. They are the best!

My dentist and dental assistant worked very well together, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes for multiple fillings! Very impressed with the service and care. I felt very comfortable the whole time and it is clear that your comfort as a patient is a high priority for them! The facilities are excellent as well. I highly recommend.

My appointment went beautifully! The dentist was very accommodating and patient with me, as I tend to get very anxious having dental work done. She walked me through EVERY step, explaining exactly what she was doing. Afterwards, the hygienist squeezed me in for a cleaning and she also was very kind and patient. The massaging chair and soft music took the cake and definitely helped to keep me calm during my appointment! I would recommend River Run Dental to EVERYONE!
