This is one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend! The office was clean and I felt safe with the covid precautions they were taking. My hygienist, Justin, was super friendly and explained everything for me. Overall, an amazing experience and I am looking forward to continuing being a patient at River Run.

I have been holding off on my review thinking I could give them a shot. This is one of those gimicky dentists office. Why would a dental office give you coffee? (First red flag). Why would a dental office front desk staff at a diff location not be able to tell you how many visits you've had in a year to know if you've met you 2 free visits per year yet? (Second red flag). My first visit was a waste despite spending hours getting my records transferred since NO ONE incl the hygienist did not read my records- so they said it took too long to sort things out come back another time for ur "real first cleaning...." (Third red flag)
Final straw: I stupidly referred two more patients here and they have this incentive for gift cards to wegmans. It's been > 3-6 months and still no card- they mailed it to an incorrect address (because their incompetent front desk staff wrote it down wrong) and they've ghosted me.
1 star. Come if desperate.

This dental experience is like no other that I've had. The staff are so friendly, the environment is inviting and doesn't feel like a drabby dental office. The comforts for patients also helped calm me down for my cleaning. I can't wait to go back.

This was my second visit to fill cavities and it was a wonderful experience for a dentist office. Thinking back on my early days of dentist visits and all the pain you would know why people hate it. The new dental office is a whole new experience with beautiful people instead of the old guy. I would recommend them to anyone because this is the closest thing to a heavenly visit. Thanks to all the extremely nice people at River Run Dental. I will be back.

My experience at River Run Dental was amazing! Jessica Vaughan took amazing care of me during my visit, and was very friendly, informative, and cognizant.
I appreciated all the other staff members i came into contact with who helped ensure safe policies and protocols were being followed (e.g. wearing mask, washing hands, social distance during the tour).
10/10, would recommend, and I can't wait for my next return appointment!

Had my initial new patient visit today and was so impressed! I did not wait at all and was never left alone to wait at any step of the way. Madison the technician and Dr. Fields were both amazing, and told me things about my teeth no one bothered to investigate before but made so much sense. Their ‘comfort menu’ is a cozy welcoming touch, and everyone was super warm and friendly. So relieved to have found a dentist that doesn’t make me anxious, and are so thorough in their care. I’m telling all my dentist-fearing friends!

I am so happy to have found this dentist office. They treat you like royalty. I see Dr. Vinson and she is wonderful. I have extreme fear of going to the dentist. She works with me and my anxiety. I went today and i could have taken a nap. That is saying a lot cuz my fear was so bad where i shake. They have 3 offices now, off Shrader Rd., Short Pump and now Midlothian. I promise you will not regret going there. They are fantasic.

I always had fear associated with the dentist due to bad experiences as a teenager; however, my experience has changed my perspective on going to the dentist. River Run Dental has exceeded my expectations. The environment was calming, they have so many amenities that make your experience better, and all of the staff were extremely friendly. I never thought I would be sitting in a massage chair with a plush blanket and neck pillow while getting my teeth cleaned. A huge shutout to Elizabeth, my dental hygienist, for making this experience so enjoyable for me.

In the past, I’ve avoided seeing the dentist due to some bad experiences. However, my evaluation and routine cleaning at River Run Dental surpassed all of my expectations! The hygienist Gabby was exceedingly gentle and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I didn’t feel judged AT ALL for my lapse in dental check-ups and the staff was willing to work with me to ensure my appts fit my schedule. Will definitely recommend River Run to anybody (esp those with prior negative experiences w/ dentists and ortho) who’s in the market for a compassionate dental team.
