The Lacroix and waiting room decor are the real highlights here. The practice has become very corporate and impersonal as it has grown over the years.
The biggest issue is that I was repeatedly contacted and billed for another patient with the same name. I was assured multiple times that my profile would only be accessible after verifying DOB, but this continued to take place. I question their overall data management practices and security posture.
They deliver bandaid fixes vs. getting to the root of my dental issues. After repeatedly destroying night guards every 8-10 months and experiencing severe jaw pain, I should have been referred to somebody who could effectively treat TMJ. Instead, I was referred to an oral surgeon for Botox -- a temporary (and expensive) bandaid fix in every sense.
Not a patient-first mentality -- a permanent retainer that I'd had for years came off immediately following my cleaning. They tried to charge me to reapply it and had to send in multiple people to "consult" when I refused to pay to remedy their mistake.
I'd find another dentist.

I have been to 5 dentists in my life through the process of moving multiple times. I can say hands down river run dental is the best dentist I have been too by far.
1) You walk in, and it’s a beautiful waiting room with relaxing music, a Starbucks coffee bar, la croix, snacks, and always friendly staff
2) A dental hygienist takes you back, and offers you a menu of things to help you relax. :) see these pictures! I asked this time, and they said their most popular items are the blanket, head pillow especially for individuals >50, and headphones for guys in their 20s who don’t want to talk 😂.
3) Very thorough and gentle cleanings! Also, the dental chair massages you lightly, which really helps me relax when I used to tense up my muscles during cleanings
4) Amazing dentists. I have Dr. Field, and she is so kind, friendly, happy, and if course a great dentist.
5) I finish up, and get a Starbucks and mango la croix on the way out!
I literally come out of this dentist feeling more relaxed than when I entered. They accept most all insurance. I offer my highest recommendation. 6 out of 5 stars!

Cannot recommend this office enough. I’ve never liked my dentist office, but this one has great energy. They have a “comfort menu” to make you visit more pleasant, a savings program for those who may not have dental insurance, and a very knowledgeable staff. They addressed my questions and concerns with great detail. I even was given a gift for being a new patient — how fun! If you’re looking for a new dentist I recommend checking out any of their locations.
