State of the art facility. Very clean with nice amenities. Everyone was nice. I received a gift and the person who referred me will receive a thank you gift as well. If it is your first time going and you will need X-rays, you should prepare for a longer than normal cleaning and X-ray visit.

I have used this practice for most of my life. Over the last year they upsold a procedure to my wife and did not alert her to the possible risks. She has endured immense pain and had to get a root canal (that we had to pay for) and may need another root canal as a result of the procedure done incorrectly. She is still dealing with pain and sensitivity issues in a tooth that was perfectly fine before the procedure. We are unsatisfied with how the whole situation was handled by the practice therefore we will be leaving this practice permanently.

I don’t even know where to start. However, my visit was very pleasant and I’m terrified of the dentist but they treated me so nice that I didn’t even care any longer. It started with Kendall, she’s a sweetheart and she did an awesome job! Made me feel very informed and gave me great recommendations on dental care. Followed her was Mrs. Chrissy, super sweet and definitely took care of me with the mild cleaning she did for me. We shared a few laughs, it was great! Then came the De who welcomed me with joy as well. She promised me that we were gonna be best of buds because she was gonna be taking care of me lol. To sum it up, they have a wonderful staff there! I had to change my review from 5 stars to 3. First, when I first started coming here things were going fine, & I even referred a friend. They had a special where you would get a $20.00 or $25.00 gift card for each referral of a new established patient and I never received it even after speaking with several people about it on several different occasions. They acted as if the issue was resolved, and I’ll receive my gift card in the mail & I’ve never seen it or received it! At that point I was wondering why they couldn’t just hand one to me in person. Anyway, since then they gave me scammer/liar vibes - anything for them to get more clientele to increase THEIR pockets. Secondly, things progressively got worse. They were never consistent with offering me something from the spa menu (with a full visit), and they are super rude and pushy with billing. They want you on auto payments instead of giving you an option of receiving an invoice. Unfortunately, it doesn’t stop there. Once you have set up a payment plan, & follow it they still harass you to the tenth degree and mail you nasty, threatening letters. Nothing makes my blood boil more! The only thing that saved them from a solid two star is my Invisalign treatment was nice, and my teeth look amazing. However, I would not recommend them for a 6 months cleaning or even Invisalign treatments given my experience here with the lies, billing issues and lack of knowing what insurance should be coving for services, and overall inconsistencies and disappointments.

After bad experiences with my previous office, I’ve become really apprehensive going to the dentist. I’m so glad I found Dr Adler and the team at River Run! Everyone is SO kind and helpful. They helped me understand the reason behind some of the problems I’d been having that my previous dentist never mentioned or addressed - really focused on the patients health and comfort!

Started my invisalign treatment and got $1000 off AND a free yeti cooler for their valentine's promo! The dentist is absolutely amazing to work with. She takes time to listen, explain, and answer any questions. The coordinator, Rylie was SO nice and understanding. A million stars! Will never be going elsewhere.
