I went to River Run a few years ago in need of several fillings. After completed, I knew I wanted to switch to a new dentist because the atmosphere and locations felt odd and inconvenient to me. I after trying out TWO separate dental offices BOTH separately informed me that many of the cavities River Run filled would need to be replaced. And one even later fell out. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone.

Called at 8am for chipped front tooth. Got in at 9 am! Received the best care and my tooth looks beautiful!! Highly recommend River Run Dental!

River Run Dental is a great place! First time patient, and they were the best! Great staff! The best part was the massage chair, and the feeling of being in a spa! Also found out about the comfort menu! Amazing, amazing, amazing! Never had a comfortable time like that at the dentist, while getting my teeth worked on. I definitely look forward to coming here again!

It was very welcoming as soon as you walked in the door. The staff was very very polite. They showed me around the entire office before I went into the room. They told me about the company during said tour. Once I was in the room the hygienist came in and introduced herself, t told me what we were gonna be doing as this was my first visit to River Run Dental. My hygienist took X-rays and such and then went over everything from the beginning of what was and wasn’t. They are very transparent. It was a very pleasant experience! Ohhhh, let me not forget get the comfort options they offer for your visit….such as a neck pillow, eye mask, essential oils, snacks, blankets and a few other things. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Best dentist in town! Went there for a tooth extraction. Totally painless, quick and thorough. The menu is a nice touch as well. Primo customer service. They remove the stress of a dental visit with ease. If you're not using River Run Dental, you should be.

Coming from someone who used to dread going to the dentist, my first visit was a delight. Extremely friendly staff, very comfortable almost pampering experience, impeccable attention to detail. Both my hygienist and dentist were graciously willing to walk through everything they did and they answered questions happily, without any condescension. This was NOT my experience at my previous dentist. So glad I made the switch. My only regret is not doing so sooner!
