What an amazing cleaning experience! We relocated to Richmond, found this office and decided to try them out. It was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had. The office is amazing and I love the aromatherapy while getting my cleaning. It was easy to make an appointment, which compared to other offices we’d have to wait months to be seen. The cleaning was gentle and everyone was friendly. I’m so happy we found this office.

Had not been to the dentist in years, was apprehensive about going back. Obviously I had nothing to worry about. This place is great. First ever painless cleaning. Did not shame me about my teeth and gums. Answered all of my questions. Said my teeth looked great even though last dentist said I had cavities (never have had one). And the office is immaculate. Very clean.

Great customer service! So modern. Availability of appointments/ office hours is a plus. I work in healthcare and it’s hard getting in other offices throughout the week. I needed a dental procedure done and instead of waiting over a month to see my previous dentist, the were able to see me the same week. I love River Run!

I feel stupid! Dr. Sinclair said, “we’re not going to let something as simple as money get in the way of your dental health” yet here I am needing to have a root canal and after that I still need the original procedure. What makes matters worse is that now I am still currently in worse pain because I need a root canal, and I still have to get the initial procedure done that would’ve prevented the root canal and the infection from happening in the first place. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I am a new patient. I was made to feel very comfortable. I really liked the tour of the facility. Every phase of my visit was conducted in such a way that my anxiety was lessen.

My experience today at River Run continued to assure me that I had made the right choice in choosing River Run for my dental needs. I am not the best patient when it comes to having my teeth taken care. But they were so gentle, caring and kind. Giving me much needed breaks to help me regain my composure. I left with smile. I thank the dentist, dental assistant and staff for helping me to have a more pleasurable experience. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs dental care and work.

Everything is explained to you in detail, all of your questions are answered, and they go above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable and feel secure in their hands. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to the dentist because of Covid. This experience renewed my trust in dentists. The experience made me feel safe, supported and cared for. I felt no pain and all that was being done was explained in a way for me to understand. I’m so grateful and will be back for my visit next week!

LOVE River Run Dental! Best experience at a dentist office I've ever had. Their staff is so professional and friendly. Everything is very clean and modern. It's seriously like a dental spa! They even offer a comfort menu with options like a cozy blanket, neck pillows, eye masks, essential oils, etc. to put you at ease. Highly, highly recommend!

I am a HUGE baby about coming to the dentist. The staff is great at putting me at ease and offering items off the comfort menu. Dr Adler is amazing and makes the whole experience a lot less scary. Because of her I’ve been able to get a lot of work done that I had been putting off. Highly recommend!
