First time at Aspen,I was very much pleased.I knew I needed a lot of work done and they showed me exactly what was wrong and what I needed.Being by myself I was so worried about price,I am on Medicare and retired,I got a huge discount for having Insurance and what wasn’t covered they worked with me for a small payment .My appointment was today and they are getting me in tomorrow.Thank you for your professional staff and great great Dentist (young lady)I will learn her name tomorrow and I will let you know.👍

I honestly love this place. I wasn't able to see a dentist for over a decade and instead of being harsh or mean, they were very understanding of it. They helped me feel like a human again instead of a nasty person who struggled with broken teeth and cavities. I'm very grateful to the dentist and hygienist for helping me.

Worst dental office I have been to. The staff needs to take lessons on how to treat their clients. I was not happy with the service and did not see a dentist. Very unprofessional.
I called to make an appointment and was told to do it online. When I got there, my appointment was canceled because I did not call to confirm. Didn't know I had to. Them they gave me problems with my insurance. I started to complain about the service. Their solution to my problem: please leave. Which I did.
Going to a nicer dentist in a few days.

My visit went great, I was able to make my appointment the same day. Even though they were short staffed they worked fast and got the job done. I will continue going to Aspen Dental and highly recommend them.They make sure they explain everything and also help you out with paying if you do not have insurance.
