I had to return for a procedure more twice in a 24 month period. The work done the 1st time didn't stick and it's about to fail again. That, however, does not stop the bill for having to replace this effort. Time to move onto to quality work.

I live an hour from this location but it’s the closet one to me. I had an appointment for a fill at 12 p.m. I paid for the procedure upon arrival then after waiting in lobby for 45 minutes. I was then called to the counter and was informed the suction had broke so the procedure couldn’t be performed. I had an orthodontist appointment Tuesday (I had to reschedule) and I am so upset! I have been waiting to get my braces and now I have to find somewhere else to get my filling. Also I had a cleaning done yesterday and she didn’t do anything but remove the plague between my teeth! My teeth wasn’t even white when I left like was from previous cleanings! Definitely will use another dentist from now on!!!!

Not made of money and tried everything to get payment plan and again big money for low income people who truly need the help.Not sure if I will be recommending this to anyone....sorry but I'm not a satisfied customer

I'm going to assume that the aspen dental office i went to has problems with drug abusers frequenting there establishment. I had to suffer through 2 days of a terrible pain due to swollen gums from a bacterial infection because they refused to treat me after having sent me away the day before because I didn't have the $400 they wanted before beginning treatment. I showed up the next morning with the money, and was refused treatment because I was accused of being drug addict.

Extremely low budget office. Cheap furniture, budget flooring, budget equipment. Definitely not what you’d expect of a professional office of any kind. Certainly not an environment I want to have dental work done. One visit was more than enough.

This has nothing to do with the Dothan staff they are great. But a little after 2:00 on a Friday afternoon a tooth broke it was a crown attached to a false tooth and they were connected so when the crown broke the other one came out also. And then the one behind it became loose and its an implant. So wouldn't have been so bad if when i had called the first 8-10 times someone might have returned my call. Then when the answering service calls me and keeps trying to find someone to answer. Then just a few minutes ago they call and said they had tried everyone and at this point i should go to Urgent care or the ER what are they going to do. Or I can wait till Monday when they open again.

If you enjoy rude pushy people who ignore your concerns, don't listen at all, and use high-pressure tactics to push expensive treatments on you, that you've already declined multiple times, then you'll love this place. Absolute worst dental service I've ever encountered.

Would not recommend at all. Scheduled a simple extraction that was supposed to be alittle over $100 and after seeing the Dentist he said he could save the tooth with a filling. So after agreeing on ok I'll have it filled I was expecting to pay maybe a little bit more. Well needless to say after they got finished figuring me bill it was almost $2700.00. I said absolutely not I just want it extracted and then they proceeded to tell me that they didn't have time on that day I would have to schedule another appointment.
