Set up appointment for my 15 year old to get a root canal by referral drive 3 hours get there and they put me on new patient meaning had to wait another 2 1/2 months before my son could be seen mean while he is in pain...

Extremely happy to find out the old doctor I think his name is Jonathan Mathews is no longer there I promise myself I never go back to that office as long as he works there so unprofessional there was just no kind of delight about him not even sure if he has teeth because I never heard him talk more or less speak he didn't even tell me his name nor made eye contact i returned back to the office due to the knowledge he's no longer in the office I wasn't impress with the receptionist as I walked in I stood in front of two of them for two whole minutes and they never acknowledge me, neither looked up the slightest to say I would be with you in just a minute they just finished talking or doing whatever they thought was more important and at their convenience they asked can I help you I was so confused but they wasn't the reason why I came back but totally their customer service needs to be worked on I mean it doesn't take much for a simple action. The rest of the staff was awesome! I met the new doctor and he had such a Grace about him I can tell he was smiling underneath his mask soft-spoken and so pleasant took all fears away of my next procedure wiped way all of my concerns upon entrance!

COSTED RIGHT UNDER $10,000 DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE NO INSURANCE!!!! We didn't have insurance but my husband had an emergency and needed his wisdom teeth out. We were told they'd work with no insurance. I'm not sure what went between them and my husband (who is on the spectrum so I'm sure they had no problem pressuring him into paying whatever) We were billed right under $10,000. A couple cleanings, x-rays(which are free), four wisdom teeth and a molar removal. TEN THOUSAND!!!!! Have to pay 250 a month for 5 years now. Can't afford anything right now. Not seeing my husband in pain is worth the money, but now our livelihood is affected. The work and care they did is great but they don't care what financial situation you are in. Thank you for charging us the price of a car. If our living situation wasn't terrible because of this I'd consider more stars. If you don't have insurance DONT COME HERE!!

The bathroom was disgusting, reflecting the rest of the office’s overflowing trash cans, dirty floors and stains on dental equipment. The front desk people were lovely. Samantha and team get 5 stars. The X-ray technician was professional but took me back for X-ray before finished with prior patients. She also did not sanitize or wash hands between glove changes. I was left sitting in X-ray chair for 30 min. The dentist was barely polite and refused to pull the broken tooth until Monday. Which offered me no relief for the painfully exposed root. I have an appointment Monday, which I will cancel. I left with pain and no confidence this dentist cared for anything but making money.
