1 star because the lady at the call center was very nice. She got me a appt set and said I could walk in at my local clinic. She even said she was sending a email to the clinic so they knew I was coming. I arrived at the clinic and waited my turn in line. I was told they were short staffed and they had 4 people in line and they didn't have time to see me. This is not the experience you want when your already in a great deal of pain. Needless to say, I won't be going to that future appointment.

Well I went in due to an abscess, and ended up getting my tooth extracted. I was very terrified, but the staff was friendly and very professional. Aspen Dental rocks in my book. 5stars , highly recommended.

The one star is for the X-Ray Tech and the Hygenist. They were both very caring and nice. Dr. Patchett was very rude and left me in tears with no pain relief. They then wanted me to sign treatment plan for $9,000 but they had to send me to specialists for an extraction and root canal.
I also had to wait for over and hour and a half. During my wait, I heard the people at the desk talking about patients including their names and their health issues (HIPPA violation!). There were also 3 other people who came in during that time who has issues about not getting the appropriate treatment or were expected to pay more when it wasn't in their treatment plan.
It did not feel like the dentist or the people at the front desk cared about their patients.

The one star is for the clean waiting room, I called aspen dental on a Monday to make an appointment, the lady said no need we take walk in's, so I took the following Thursday and Friday off to have a tooth pulled. I arrived Thursday at 12:15, there was no one at the desk " lunch time", there was no one in the office, so I waited, 30 minutes later the receptionist was at her desk, so I asked her if there was some paperwork I needed to fill out for a first time patient while I waiting, she rudely said they were still at lunch, at 1:00 she showed up again and said she would take check ins, I walked up and told her I was a first time patient, she rudely asked if I had an appointment, I said no, that I was told "also there were signs on the walls that they were happy to take walk ins" I did not need to make an appointment? She then rudely and condescending said she needs to first check in all her appointments then maybe they might work me in, I asked if I could make an appointment for Friday, instead of trying to work with me, she seemed eager to push me away! If every last tooth was rotting out of my head, I would not go to aspen dental!!!!!
