Very courteous and helpful. It was very important for my husband and I to be together for both our appointments. They made it happen, for that I thank you.

I am so pleased with my smile! Great group of professionals and they worked with me until I was satisfied! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Aspen dental are a bunch of liers they are not helpful at all do not go there I beg you they lied straight to my face and then they made me wait almost 2 hours to tell me not to come back. They will rip you off

I highly recommend Aspen Dental! All of the staff I came in contact with were so patient and supportive, especially the person that stayed on the phone with me when I was having difficulty finding Aspen Dental. This was my first visit and she guided me right up to the front door!! All of you are AWESOME!!!

They are over priced! Only want to get you to sign up for credit. Wanted 3500 for a.root canal and crown with insurance!!!! At my regular dentist now... and guess what.... only $600 for both!!! Aspen Dental is a rip off!! I was in pain and the dentist there did not care!!!!

Horrible experience when I got my teeth bleached. The dental hygienist was horrible with cleanliness and taking time to take care of my teeth.

I went to Aspen expecting generally what I usually get from my usual dentist office that is currently closed. I shouldn't have. Now don't get me wrong the front desk and lady that did my X-Rays was very nice, professional, and made sure I was comfortable, but after that was when I felt like I was being pressured.

Previously before this whole covid thing my dentist said my teeth were healthy, doing well all, of course he pointed out the obvious one (that I went to Aspen about) and how the same options applied to it as well as far as removal. So now I go to Aspen telling them multiple times that I was only focused on THAT specific tooth and they went through the whole process to tell me that I apparently have an infection going on under my gums, how I'll need an expensive treatment to deal with it, and the lady that was telling me all of this didn't even mention the tooth I was there for. It wasn't until the SECOND opinion from the male doctor that he pointed out what was going on with my tooth and ONLY that tooth. He confirmed exactly what I already knew and told me my options. If they just gave me him from the beginning I wouldn't have anything bad to say at all.

I didn't even go through with setting up and appointment to get this tooth pulled because I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL with them. I felt pressured into something I didn't want to go through with, even after I told them I don't have the insurance, the way they told me about it made me feel like I had no choice in the matter, overall I didn't enjoy the visit aside from the nurse that did my x-rays and the ladies at the front desk. That's at least worth the extra star. Also, I did hear someone getting into an argument with one of the dentists in the back which started the uncomfortable feeling. I saw why after how pressured they made me feel.

All-in-all I won't be going back there, went in for a simple extraction and didn't even want to do that because of that situation.

Christina, Kali and Dr.Tolbert are absolutely amazing, and also my hygienists. I've already recommended someone.!

I had to have a broken tooth pulled while I was in town from Atlanta visiting family. The actual process was fine. The procedure was quick and relatively painless. The staff, however was a bit unprofessional. I stood at the counter waiting for them to finish their conversation about a wedding before the receptionist finally turned and acknowledged me and said "sorry, she just got married..." the hygienist was friendly and pleasant. The dentist was standoffish and barely spoke 2 words to me the entire time.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I went for a second opinion and was so impressed with the service! My first quote I got was from another practice in Dothan and was so expensive that I was completely devastated! So I decided to get another quote and was totally surprised and pleased that Aspen Dental was going to save me almost $10,000. 😳. And they accepted my insurance!!!

Not only did they save me money, they also were doing a lot better treatment than what I was quoted from the other place!
