I love Aspen Dental. The hygienist, Becky, is extremely knowledgable and explained my care plan to me. Jackie was very friendly and accommodating while doing x-rays and preparing me for the doctor. My first experience here was amazing. I wasn’t able to get an appointment anywhere and the soonest one here was in August. They took me as a walk in on their half day also worked me in super quick for extractions! I’m the worst with names so sorry for that but they have taken the best care of me! Thank you guys ❤️

My first visit to Aspen Dental today was a very very pleasant one!!!
Christina was the first person to start taking care of me doing a Superb job and then leading me to all of the other wonderful staff.
I certainly did not expect to be able to get started today with all of the dental work needed. Needless to say I was very happy about that.

Went to get dentures replaced top and bottom. The staff was gentle for the consultation wanting quite a bit more for the implants I already have that are in great shape but I have other issues by not being able to eat with my current dentures that I got out of state. The doctor said he could hook me up and have them ready in 6 visits. So I'm starting this new journey for the perfect dentures that will be smaller and fit my personality better. I don't know what a perfect fit is so I'm looking forward to actually receiving them. Visit1 and done 5 more to go....wish me luck.

I really enjoyed my first visit! The staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed, the equipment was sci-fi cool, and it was free! I'm actually excited for my next visit, which is weird cause, ya know, it's the dentist.

Office staff was friendly, personable and very informative. Rebecca the hygienist took time to explain my issue, was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Dr. Patchett was professional, caring, and knowledgeable beyond his years. My overall experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend Dr. Drew Patchett and his staff.

The staff was extremely kind and efficient. There was a long wait period due to the number of patients, but they more than made up for it with their great personalities!
This is to follow up my 2nd visit. Again, the staff were amazing! And I have to say, this is the only dental appointment I've ever had that was completely pain-free, even after having multiple extractions.
I will recommend these guys all day, any day!

SO You take over 5000$ , so nice. Then you pull 18 YES! EIGHTEEN OF my husband's teeth. Give him 5 of the weakest pain pills they make, for 18 teeth! He deals with that, then he can't eat and keeps gagging. I call the office TWICE, NO CALL BACK! So he decides to go up to the office. All he asked was to maybe look at his top dentures and see if they need to realigned. TELL HIM TO COME BACK IN A WEEK!!! WE WE HAD TO DO IT OVER, YOU WOULD NEVER TOUCH HIM. When he gets over this, which I don't know if he will. I WILL TELL ANYONE AND EVERYONE THAT WILL LISTEN TO ME

Before I went here I researched the compnany. I read all the reviews and came to the conclusion I was going to dixieland dental the next day. I had a broken tooth and one that needed to be pulled asap. I was scared because they never gave me a quote or price range over the phone. After talking to my hisband he wanted to keep appt at Aspen. I walked in office and was greeted very well by the staff, after turning in paper work within 10 min I was getting xrays done, they sent me back in lobby so Doc could look over pics. In 5 min
I was called to staff desk up front behind door, she went over the work needing to be done and options, she then gave me quotes. I told focus on hurt tooth. The cost was shockingly lower then expected.then they sat me in doc chair for work doctor came in chatted with me told me to relax and begin to numb my mouth he assured me I was in good hands after waiting on meds to kick in doc begin his work. I felt some pressure no pain it was done so quick they had to tell me it was over. Finally I have to say everyone in this building was precious and wonderful to me. I will be back with thank you cards for staff and ready for my continued work. I would highly reccomend. Try them for yourself please they are amazing!!!
