I did not ask for nor did I need any of the examination services that I received. I simply was there to have my partials looked at. Everyone was very nice until the dentist came in. He never identified himself he just immediately started discussing X-rays and plans.

Was a complete waste of time! Pointless! Went to get a tooth pulled and said they could pull one but would have to wait 6 months before they could pull another! I have never heard anything like that. Well it has to heal she said. Since when does it take 6 month for a pulled tooth to heal. All they wanted to talk about was pulling every one out and putting dentures! My husband was in so much pain he had tears in his eyes. Did they give him anything at all NO not even antibiotics said take tylenol and ibuprofen. Even though he was taking 800 mg and wasnt working which is why we were there in the first place cause it got so unbearable he hasnt slept in a week. Did they care not at all. So do I recommend them no I do not! If I didnt have to put a star they would have 0.

My wife and I have always received great service and from very courteous folks! HOWEVER, the huge number of automated phone calls that originate from their robot has us ready to seek other dentists. They call, they call, they remind us, they remind us ad nauseum! We can't get it stopped. One call a couple of days before our appointments would be sufficient. They even call the day after our appointments to remind us of the next one in 6 months! We have our own calendar reminder system and don't need this. When we complain locally, we only get an apology!
Can't block them because the local number shows that and we don't mind one call to remind us the day or two before the appoinment . But, Folks --this is absolutely rediculous.......If we can't resolve this we'll look elsewhere.

The staff were friendly, but they're short staffed and the waiting time, even with an appointment, is absurd! I had rescheduled my appointment after waiting in the lobby for 90 minutes for the following day. Even with cancellations, I waited over 2 hours to be seen.

I eventually got x-rays. The hygienist poked my gums and said she would clean my teeth and send me home with a medicated mouth rinse, but neither happened. The dentist came in, looked at the x-rays, looked in my mouth briefly, and went over my treatment options then left.

They don't give prescriptions. I asked for a prescription for the mouth wash since my health insurance will cover it (they said my dental insurance doesn't), but the receptionist said their office HAS to give me the mouthwash and they don't prescribe it.

I guess if you don't have insurance and are a new patient, it's a good place to go for free x-rays and exam, but that's all the first visit entails. No cleaning, no real exam by the dentist, no treatment. In order to get a follow up appointment, you have to pay 60% of the cost of whatever procedure you're having done. They also try forcing you to buy the Oral B spinning toothbrush, fluoride treatment, and other stuff they sneak into your "treatment plan". I have an appointment to get a tooth pulled, which I paid for in advance, but I won't go back after that.

Best dentist office I’ve ever been to. These guys have the best staff and their work is amazing. I haven’t been too happy with my smile lately, but they definitely brought the old me back! I feel great about my smile now😉. Thank you guys🙏🏾😁

I am a fifty one year old heart patient who also has diabetes. Since I was diagnosed with these illnesses I have experienced many visits to many medical care places, as I have lived in many parts of the country. I wish to state, without any doubt in mind, that the best medical service I have ever experienced has been, and will continue to be, as I have a series of procedures to go through, at my local Dothan, Alabama Aspen Dental. Never have I been treated so much like a person and not a number. Dr. Robinson, the hygienist Becky, and dental assistant Reeta made me feel at so at home, relaxed, and certain that I was in caring hands. I would also like to mention the very special help I received from the front desk consultant Ashley. As I said prior I have some serious health problems and had to rearrange a couple of appointments. I hate doing that because I always feel guilty about abusing someone's time management, but Ashley put me at ease, and handled my dilemma with kindness and efficiency. Last, but certainly not least I wish to give strong and trumpet blowing accolades to the office manager Kali. She has governed over all of my concerns with a unique reassurance given with authetic care in her special way, that quit candidly I must say is the best I have ever seen from anyone in her position. She's simply the best of the best. I will continue to post of my experiences with your company as my necessary visits occur in hope that my few words help to sustain, and recognize the most outstanding medical staff, of any kind, that has ever serviced my needs. Thanks to All. Patrick Saunders

They were quick and very professional. In truth, I cannot say that they were (or will be in the future) inexpensive with work to be completed however, what dentist is. I do not hold that against them. I would recommend them!
