I scheduled a cleaning and they only did an exam and when I asked about it they made me wait a few hours even though that was the entire reason for the visit. They asked too many times to give a “five star review”. They were nice and after spending the whole morning there, got the job done, eventually. At least they worked with both of my insurances, which I appreciated.

The whole crew at Aspen has been very accommodating to work with me and adjust appointments as needed to orchestrate other dental treatments relating to the same issue. The staff is friendly and professional. I am given total confidence that I am getting top notch treatment procedures with sterile instruments and in a spotless clean and attractive facility.

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. I'm extremely terrified of a dentist. But they all made me very comfortable. All the girls there were so friendly and knowledgeable. There was hardly any wait time. As soon as they took me back after the xrays .they were there with me. The dentist was absolutely great very friendly and very patient with me .took time to try to explain what he was going to do. Thanks all you fantastic ladies & gentlemen of Aspen Dental. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Katherine Ray.

They never really addressed the problem at hand, you know the entire reason even, I visited them. I had an abscess, I knew it. However, They offered me a unbelievable amount for a payment plan, to which could have infact waited until the pain and swelling had gone done. The estimate was around 15 - 16 thousand! With 3000 upfront. I asked them to focus only on the problem tooth, in which they offered an extraction cost of about $700. What! Dixieland does the for $54.00 how I chose Aspen because I didn't want to have to sit in the waiting room all day, However. I'm now at the emergency room, because they refused to even give me antibiotics!!!!! What??? Antibiotics? The lady "If he wants to give you some, I'll call it in, you can go now" I'll never return or refer anyone here. Waste of time!

Had my wisdom teeth removed and the dentist would not talk much are introduced himself are explain what he was going to be doing during the surgery. I wanted laughing gas to keep calm and relax some but was never asked and I would of happily paid for it. I did not feel comfortable most of the surgery. The only good thing thing about the dental visit was my cleaning by the hygienist she was very professional and helpful and she talked to me and explained what she was going to be doing. If I ever come back for any dental work at Aspen dental I hope Dr. Lewis will communicate and be more friendly.

It was alright overall, mainly because I felt like the experience was a bit rushed. The doc came in, looked at my teeth, said I had some cavities and left. He didn’t ask me if I had any questions or seemed too interested in spending any time with me, which is completely different from my aspen dental experience in Opelika. When my check up was done he was just sitting in his office on his phone. He totally had enough time to acknowledge me and talk to me a little more about my oral health. Anyways, maybe it’ll different next time.

Going to Aspen Dental is like going to a used car lot. I felt like I was being pressured and misled and that it was all about money. Specifically, them getting all the money they could possibly get out of me. In my opinion, it is completely unprofessional and unethical to demand payment before the dental work is even started. I notice that the staff turnover is very high, and I can guess why. If they treat patients like this, I can only imagine how they treat staff. Never again will I walk through their doors.

I would reccomend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for friendly, competent, quality dental care and dentures. I had mt first set done in 2006 at Dixie Land Dental. They made them in 3 hrs and they never looked or fit properly. I broke my bottom denture in March just as COVID hit and dentists were closing. I was finaly able to get in at Aspen on June 16th. I must admit that at first I was confused bc the process seemed to be taking so long and i had only my experience with Dixieland to go by. I finally went for my last appt and got my teeth yesterday 7/14. They were definitely worth the wait. They actually fit. The quality was better. They look like my real teeth. I understand why the process took so long, it was bc they focus on getting the dentures right instead of seeing how many parients they can rush through in one day. I never had to sit in the lobby and wait for be called back longer than 2 min. All the staff, from the front desk to the people in the lab, were knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. I have found a dental office for life. Thank you Aspen Dental!!

Although the staff is friendly was pleased with my exam and plan of action to fix my teeth. They have absolutely no payment plans unless you have outstanding credit for financing accepted my insurance but rest of it is out of pocket expense. No options for payment really disappointed dissatisfied with them too expensive wouldn't recommend them at all.

I came to the faculty in May to get a copy of my x-rays and to also get a referral that they had set me up for me . They explained to me that I would have to get another set of x-rays and that I would have to set an appointment. I came in for my appointment and to my surprise they told me my appointment was cancelled. I asked why and they said because I did not answer the phone. I showed them my email confirmation and they said that was not sent through them but corporate . I asked what was the plan to rectify the situation she said I could wait and see if I could get squeezed in or set another appointment in July. I explained I just simple needed a referral. I asked to Speak to the Office Manager. She said that she was the assistant manager, I again requested the Main Manager and she said that it would be a while. I am sitting in the lobby and it has been over a hour and 15 mins and the manager is still not available.
- Update I finally left at 9:26 when my set appointment was at 8:00 am. I still did not get to speak to the manager and I will never Recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!
