I had every intention of coming to give them a good review because my first initial encounter was nice. When I went in for my appointment there was a guy who was making a big fuss, so I understood them being on edge. I continued to be polite and have good energy. During my exam the dentist said they missed an angle on my X-ray. Okay cool, I don’t mind walking 10 steps back. But she noticed in the middle of the exam so we were cut short after she said what procedures I need done. She said “I need the picture to bill her insurance”… I left the room to get the X-ray, after the X-ray I was directed to the lobby. The Spanish receptionist said a bunch of numbers and told me to sign, I took it upon myself to read and understand since she was clearly in such a “hurry”. While I’m reading what she wants me to sign she sticks her hand over the paper and points to the line. I said “I know where to sign I’m looking over the paper. “ She continued to huff and puff and I ignored her. She told me when my actual work appointment will be and I asked for an appointment card she gave me an attitude taking the card and said “let me write it…… have a good day”. I was over it. I grab my stuff I look at my prescriptions and they gave me AMOXICILLIN. It’s in my paperwork clear as day that I’m allergic to penicillins. So I tell her and she’s like “where did you say that”. She finds it and acts like she didn’t even just give me an attitude. She shows the dentist and she’s like “you said you weren’t allergic to anything” …….. GIRL WHEN DID YOU ASK ME THAT!? We didn’t even get to talk about medications because we had to stop in the middle for the additional X-ray.

I wanted so badly to say that the review were misleading but unfortunately they’re not. Very very rude, lack accountability, and in need of some sage and prayer.

I'm in shock! The doctor very unprofessional. She treated me like she was doing me a favor. The only way I can explain her disrespect is that she had a really bad day. She talked to me like she was very mad. I asked her why she was talking to me like that and she said she was a direct person. I just walked away. I had my baby at home with a nany to go to this appointment and I lost three hours there for no service and disrespectful behavior.

Wish I'd seen the reviews! RED FLAGS!!!

One star because they cleaned my kid's teeth.
Alright first off I had to travel to them to make an appointment in person because I could never get anyone on the phone. I went midday and they were closed-nope not for lunch- they didn't have a dentist,1st red flag. I have sunshine health thru medicaid so the pickings seem to be slim already. I was able to schedule an appt for about 3 weeks out. I scheduled for both my daughter and I, same day. Closer to appt day I received a voicemail to call back. They were trying to get my daughter on a day where all the kids come in (um no, already made appt) but they ended up saying nevermind. Then the next nay I think, I get another call about the same thing, they didn't communicate obviously. But somebody in the background said they had already called me, 2nd red flag.

Appt day we waited abt 1.5 hours in the waiting area ( not to mention redundant paperwork times 2 ppl) . I kept hearing that somebody was gonna be late coming back and I just knew that was gonna be my doc, and it was. Also we were never told anything about the matter, I just overheard it. 3rd flag
Finally taken back for x-rays which the doc ordered that I take some extra ones and that's where things went even further south...my kid got her x-rays done and then some other doc cleaned her teeth. After going in for my 2nd time for x-rays the machine apparently broke. Oh and I forgot to mention it was on the fritz and going slow. So now my kid is done and we're waiting. After a while they said the machine broke and I'd have to come back. So i waited at the desk , upset because after almost 4 hours there basically only my kid was taken care of. 4th flag

But, like I said,pickings are slim for adult medicaid dentistry. So I made another appt, this time tried to get something first thing in morn. The next one was 2 or 3 weeks out. Ok. Fine..NOPE, NOT OVER YET!. A couple days before the appt I received a call saying they would not have a dentist, go figure! I declined to reschedule. At this rate all my teeth will fall out before I ever got seen.

Horrible experience with every phone call and every visit! I was seen here and was told that my insurance basically covered nothing there and quoted me all out of pocket prices. In need of an emergent extraction and find it impossible to get anyone on the phone. Very unprofessional and not customer service oriented at all.

Horrible services from the front of the office to the back of the office...very racist only willing to help Hispanic!!! After my sister had been waiting for almost 2 hr and because she stepped outside for a few minutes. Called her back she them came in and because the incompetent staff did not have her chart ready demanded for her appointment to be rescheduled!!!!! She the explained she didn't want to be seen by the rude dentist. The irogant receptionist wouldn't even explain the dentist was refusing to reschedule since she didn't want to go back to her specific!!!!! After she waited over 15 more Minutes for a rescheduled !!!!!! RUNNNNNN!

This place is a joke. They had me get 12 of my teeth removed and won't do my partials. They tried to give me 3 exams in one year. I had fillings fall out and the dogs that work in the office are rude and nasty and they do awful work. Not only me but my husband has been getting his appointments rescheduled for a year now. They need to close the doors on that scamming dentistry because that's all they are doing to people that work hard for there money. Not everyone can afford dental work and when your paying for service that isn't good at all with fillings falling out that's not fair to the patients. I hope something gets done with regency square dental. Close your doors and stop ripping people off

I have never had a bad experience here, everyone has always been friendly and considerate with me. I have been a patient here for 3 years. I will admit that they are hard to get ahold of over the phone sometimes but I usually get through and scheduled on the same day or the next. It would probably be easier for you to visit and make an appointment, I remember I did have to do that one time for an urgent appointment when I couldn't get through. The dentist that I see is very nice and has always treated me well and made me feel comfortable.

I had both of my children go to this dental office.. not only are some of the office staff unprofessional but when you call you can never get someone on the phone. I personally witnessed the office staff arguing with each other. It was hard to watch and it was being done where we all could hear in the waiting area. When you go here plan to be there all day long. The prices are ridiculous and they will literally "haggle" you to make you pay more than required. I do not recommend this dental office to anyone. My daughter's new dentist was shocked at the "work" that was done on my daughter's teeth....

It’s sad that you have to wait hours to be seen when you have a scheduled appt. I just don’t understand why they would schedule 10 people with the same scheduled time it just doesn’t make sense.

The first time I call this place. The lady was fine. Sucks I never got her name. The second time I call the phone was still on answer service. I finally called later today the girl pick up and put me on hold. She finally spoke to me. Im asking if my insurance sent over my information so I can make an appointment they telling me they don't have time for this right now they would call me back, mind you they never call you back. Im starting to re think of going here. And looking at the reviews Im scared to see how my service is going to be. My old dental place was better lol
