They are the worst, for starters they never answer the phone and when they do they have you on hold for forever. Then they do not fully answer your question about YOUR TEETH. Wouldn’t recommend this place AT ALL

Everyone was very nice. It was the first time I've gone to the dentist in years and they treated me like a person. I can't say that for other offices. They were very thorough and broke everything down for me. They even went over the insurance with me. I cannot speak for everyone, but I definitely learned not to read too much into these online reviews. My experience was excellent.

Worst dental office ever! Sat there with my mouth open For over 4 hours! Wasted and entire day there. Morons installed a crown and the fitment was horrible so they tried to file down my original healthy tooth! My insurance offered free cleaning here so I decided to stop by again I promise you the cleaning took 2 minutes my face and glasses were completely wet and cleaning was awful! My tooth brush at home does a better job! No professionalism here at all. The doctor handles and moves your face treating you worse than an animal! Please people pay a little extra and go somewhere else!

I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I just witness the most rudeness, unprofessional customer service at any medical office setting I’ve never ever see in my life like this.. Not towards me, but a potential patient. Wow.. Felt like a tv show or something..lol

I wish I could give zero stars!!! It was by far the worst dental experience I've had and probably will ever have. I don't think they are familiar with the term customer service. I didn't even get a good morning! I barely got eye contact. The dentist was just as bad, he took a quick look into my 2yr old mouth (and when I say quick I mean QUICK) and told me her teeth look good. End of exam!! I brought her in for a chipped tooth n teeth pain that he didn't even mention which tells me he didn't know why we were there or he didn't care. He was in the room for 5 minutes maybe 6 but no longer than that. I don't even want to start on the assistant who did the cleaning. Not very kid friendly. Please don't waste your money or time at this place!

Can't get a call back and no one knows where my plate is!!!! Going on 6 months and had to do impressions twice. SMH VERY RUDE NOT TO CALL PEOPLE BACK!!!! CAN'T GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER FOR ANYONE!!!!! about ready to call the news and see if they can get any answers!!!!

Not exactly the type of place to bring a autistic child. They couldn't do anything more than refer him out to another dentist that can handle any type of patient. There is very limited room and the waiting area and the dentists rooms where smaller then my bathroom. I don't know how they work in such cramped conditions but apparently they make do with what they have. They do speak English and Spanish. The staff upfront seemed very rushed and we had a 30 minute delay after arriving 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment.

I sat and waited for over an hour checked in then noticed that people who came behind me with later appointment times where being called that’s when I asked questions the receptionist was very rude and body language was disrespectful then they told me they booked me for the wrong dental needs 🤦🏾♂️ crazy ac in location seemed absent sign said 3 people in lobby at a time but there was over six just a nightmare

Has anyone ever actually gotten an answer when trying to call this place? I have been trying to schedule an appointment for almost 2 years now. Called multiple times a day, every day. Some days I spend HOURS just hitting redial, and still no luck. How is this place still in business? Absolutely disgusted.

All the bad reviews are true!!! Wish i'd seen them before making an appointment with this horrible business. Appointment time was at 330pm. Sat in Dental office until 545pm and still hadnt seen a dentist! I spoke with one dental tech the entire time I was there and he could barely speak English. Just so unprofessional! I ended up leaving just out of sheer annoyance, without seeing the dentist. Went to the front desk and told them to cancel the appointment. The receptionist had the gall to ask me if I wanted to reschedule. HA! I almost laughed in her face. Called my insurance company and warned them to flag any payments that this fraud of a business tries to push through, since no actual work was done. What a waste of an afternoon!
