Worst place to go don’t recommend this place for anybody I had a appointment a 12 and 2:00 came around and still in the lobby with people in front still waiting .they couldn’t tell how much longer the wait was .

I was skeptical about Regency Dental when I was reading all these negative reviews, But my visit there was a great experience, from the two receptionists at the front desk to the assistant and the doctor. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and respectful. Answered any questions I had asked. By the end of my exam, I was told what I needed done. Unfortunately the next available appointment was in may, I went on an took that appointment and by the time I pull out the parking lot one of receptionists call me and told me that they just got an cancellation two days from then, of course I took it, THANK U SO MUCH. I got multiple fillings this second vist and the doctor and his assistant did great. So I really don't understand all the negative reviews and I would highly recommend Regency mall dental.

Does not attempt to keep to seeing patients near the appointment time.
Allows walking to bump in front of patients who had a scheduled appointment.
Do not waste your time here.

I don't know how this place is even able to still be considered a business . They dont care about the patients. They never want to take calls. Soon as they answer they place you on a hold for long periods of time and never return. It sucks because you need dental care but it's very obvious this place doesn't care at all. I don't know how they get away with operating this place in such a unstable, unfriendly, unorganized manner.

Update : The filling that they did for me this past summer has fallen out this weekend. It lasted about five months. SMH 🤦🏼‍♀️

And that the denture that they made for me without pre-authorization or approval because they completely skipped that appointment. Doesn’t fit and I’m having to go to another dentist and start from beginning. I don’t understand how this company is still in business and not have a lawsuit against them. It’s much more than bad customer service and I’m not answering their phone the place is disgusting and not clean I’m sure OSHA needs to go in Do a full investigation.

Can someone please call me back, y’all called me over a week ago to schedule my follow up of appointment. I’ve returned that called twice and left messages with your answering service. I just called now and no one’s answering the phone at all.

I came in as a new patient to try to get a appointment after being referred from Greenberg. The office staff could not locate my insurance even though my insurance was on the phone telling them I was active. I was told I would get a call back on a few days informing me if they got my insurance together. The dental office never called back so I called and the staff was saying they could verify it until the day before my appointment which is a month and a half away. I have never heard of any office doing that so I informed the office staff of that and she said I would need to just go into the office to handle it. Why she couldn’t do it over the phone with the information provided idk. I haven’t even been seen by their dr but my experience this far with the staff is rude/lazy and the reviews I see show even more that this would be a bad place to go I will be canceling my appt set for next month and finding a new office.

It is a terrible terrible clinic. I do not advice it for no one. They leave you to wait for more than 2 hours even if you have appointment. My fill fell after a week and they rescheduled me after 1 month even ot is their fault. It is terrible.... If it was less then a star it would be the appropriate evaluation....

These front desk people are horrible calling been on hold for 30 minutes and called back they hung up again been calling for the past two hrs ridiculous!!!

I finally got through yes I can schedule your appointment may I place you on hold for a brief moment. Two minutes later she comes back on what's your first name ok. May I place you on hold again 17 minutes later I'm still on the phone. Yeah this is ridiculous to say the least. I'm not even a patient yet omg.
