Worst place I ever visited in my entire life, very unprofessional staff, very rude, first time I showed up for appointment for x ray, they said the x ray machine is out of service, second time they told me that machine is not working again, but after someone else told me that is too many people before me, I had tooth extraction next time after tooth was removed doctor left big piece of my tooth in my gum, when I called and complained about infection in my mouth because she left piece of tooth, they didn't want to do anything to help me out the lady at the front desk hang up the phone on me, please stay away from this horrible place, I can't understand why people like this do business .

Everything you read on other bad reviews and more. First they solicit my business, then make us wait hours after our appointment time, ask for money for not medically necessary items like gel to prevent dry socket not covered by insurance and then tell me they won't do the work without it, the crazy, rude, unprofessional office or nurse personell call me a liar several times in front of other customers and my own children, then tell me to leave when I cancelled future appointments and with my daughter still in the back being worked on. When I refused for that reason, she called security and made me leave while assaulting my 12 year old daughter to get her out of the chair in back and injuring her arm. My baby girl left in tears! Still I pressed on because I know they will bill my insurance and told them the whole time I wanted the doctor report on my daughters exam....they gave it to a stranger (security guard) and explained it without my consent violating my daughters civil rights under the HPPA act. Now my daughter also has sores in her mouth from what she reported to be too aggressive work by the person who worked on her. I've have already begun the reports on this...next time I'll do my homework and read the reviews first...run is right!

Took my kids there and at first I loved the place. This was 4 years ago though now I can't stand it. I can't get simple questions answered, nobody ever returns my calls. When you call they never know what the hell is going on. Those dumbass people put my daughters braces in over cavities. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt and let them correct it but they just proved to me that it was not is no worth keeping my kids with them. My daughter left out of there yesterday with swollen lips and nobody knew why. One of the ladies up front said it could be something she ate or she could have gotten bitten by something. Really!! I asked them to get all of my kid's records together for me because they will not be returning to them. I came home tonight from work and my daughters lips have blisters on it. Please don't take your family there... They are very unprofessional there now.

This is the most ridiculous establishment I have EVER stepped foot into. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars they deserve a negative 10.The staff is unprofessional and the service is utterly awful. I want to kick myself for going on three occasions because absolutely NOTHING was accomplished. I was supposed to get a simple cleaning and a fill. After sitting in the office for HOURS the staff claimed that Dr. Cullen was “sick” and another time he had an “emergency” I would like to know what he is actually doing. The incompetent staff should be fired and the Dr. should have his license revoked. Matter of a fact the whole place should be shut down for the sake of the innocent people of Jacksonville. That is all.

Good luck getting through on the phone... I have been calling back to back letting it ring all the way, no voicemail picks up. I'd get faster service driving to Gainesville and back than dealing with these pathetic excuses for professionals.

I called 3 times in a row left on hold for 20 mins each I Called the 4th time & said I Been on Hold for 20 mins She Said I dnt care 5 lines 1 person WOW REALLY ? This how yu treat your Patients ... Do Not Go Here it’s not Worth The Disrespect & HORRIBLE SERVICE JUST SHUT THE WHOLE OFFICE DOWN. THEY DO NOT WANT TO DO THEY JOB .

This place is absolutely the worst place to get anything done! I come from a low income family and I was given free dental insurance. I needed to get a root canal done so I came here to get it done. The crown felt horrible from day 1! Theres always a horrible smell coming from that area! Went to another dental office and they told me that the crown job just looks awful and that there is a small gab that is present to where food can get stuck in there and can cause infections!! Well there's the reason why my tooth smells!! Now I have to pay extra to get everything redone again because who knows how bad those morons actually did the root canal cleaning. How is business still alive!?!?!

My insurance people sent me here but it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone using the number provided and they don’t have online booking or even a website to get a hold of anyone this office is so convenient for me but looks like I have to change dentist because I can’t get a hold of anyone ever

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! I read the reveiws and still thought maybe it wont happen to me... I was so wrong not only have they been rude unprofessional and fraudulent. I went to have 7 teeth extracted and fitted for a partial. After they sent in for the approval to medicaid i received a call saying i was approved. Excited as could be i set an app. At the first app for extraction though i waited for literally hours !!! I thought still alls well. I am a latin woman. But NONE OF THE TEAM SPEAKS ENOUGH ENGLISH TO PROPERLY EDUCATE SOMEOONE IN ENGLISH OF WHAT TO DO TO CARE FOR THEIR TEETH WHEN THEY LEAVE ... then because it was so many teeth being extracted id set another app. Not to mention after the extraction i had to go back immediately after because shed left peices sticking out of the gum line. THEN. As if that wasnt enough when i went for that i was told i was NOT approved for other extractions... Even though one week prior i had been told medicaid had approved it. The woman that told me this was rude uncaring and quick shut me up. I told her she was unprofessional and she laughed and looked at me saying yep.. Yep... She knew how to say that pretty well in English . well after that i went to front desk and they cleared it up .. It turns out i waaaaasss approved. So that brings me to this morning i call to cerify the app time because i wasnt dure if it was at 12 pm or 12:30 ... And low and behold after being on hold hung up on and spoken to like i was slow i was NOW told my approvsl had expired and they would have to charge me to pull the teeth. I of coyrse called my insurance who said tgis was ALL BS UNTRUE LIES FABRICATED so when i called bzck to tell them this after being put on hold yet again i was told they couldnt discuss it any further with me to speak to the manager who mind u never returned my call one week ago. I am now going to call the NEWS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE IN EVERY WAY !!!

The worst dentist office in the world! No one ever knows what is going on in there the girl who answers the phone is a complete joke she doesn't understand anything you tell her. It takes forever to been seen by the dentist and has left with out seeing us we were waiting on him for 1 hour to be told that he had left for the day he didnt know he had another appointment. I have been waiting on a call back from Victoria since March every time i call she isn't in and has yet to call me back. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
