Fix your online hours. Not open on sundays. Went up here hpping to get a copy of my xray that they were suppose to send to a dentist months ago so i can have a extrction I am in so much pain. Needed these xrays for the emergency dental office. FIX YOUR HOURS! SO FRUSTRATED!!!!

There is no need to make an appointment, because even if you do you still have to wait for two or more hours. I hate it, I had to wait three hours until my name was called. This is so disappointing. Plus pn top of waiting what's more worse is the staff is rude.

This is the worst dentist office I ever experienced in my life! very unprofessional supposed to be management, not to mention they try to be rip offs.. My wife was going to get work done here her insurance company approved work to be done they wanted to charge on top of the insurance they wanted almost 800 but we found a better dentist and they did the same work for nothing out of pocket... I wouldn't recommend regency dental to my worst enemy

Only after the money, despite taking all sorts of different types of insurance. Ericka Smidt; I'm here for you if you need corroborating testimony. I'd copy and print the complete list of reviews from other Google Maps customers and subpoena those people, if need be, to solidify your case.

Not recommended this dental,bad services,and the doctor she unprofessional,,the staff give the same time a the people,,,the diagnostic is the same for everyone " cavities" I think 🤔 this dental only wants money,,.

Worst dentist office ever, they will repeatedly schedule you appointments and call you back the day before to tell you they over scheduled treatments for that day and need to reschedule which will be another month, after you been waiting 2 months smh this place needs to be shut down it’s not ran proficient at the bare minimum

I had set up an appointment with them because it was in network of my insurance and when i went to the appointment the room temperature was hot not to mention the front desk staff wasnt pleasant at all...one office staffer misplaced my id and insurance card disputing that she had given it to me...that was 1st red flag...then once i get to the back did xrays and they had me wait on the doctor about 10 to 15 mins then..once she came in to examine my mouth she tell me we have to get permission from insurance to do dentures when i had all ready did research by calling insurance personally...they told me dentures are included...ive waited 2 nearly 3 weeks now...no response...so today i called they put me on hold at least 3 times ....i decided to call back a few hours later still same as first time placed on hold....finally i was like maam ive been on hold forever she tell me to call back in 30 minites...also dental tech couldnt even explain why im waiting so long....i wouldnt recommend these people...unprofessional.and rude....

I was supposed to come in at agreed date and time, even received a reminder call. But when I tried to call them since to confirm appointment I can never get through. I've called many times but only get busy signal or no answer at all. To hell with them! I will go elsewhere!

If I could give a 0 I would. I have been trying to make a app for a week now and everytime I get put on hold and no one EVER comes back to phone. I have waited 45 min at a time to not talk to anyone and when you call back they don't even answer but immediately put you on hold. TERRIBLE SERVICE
