Regency Square Mall Dental, P.A.

There is an older lady at the front desk who was very nice and professional. Our wait time was short, not even 15 minutes. Both of my children had there teeth cleaned here. All of the dental work was already done by another dentist, I had no issues with this dental office. Much better and nicer facility and staff considering the other offices I have experienced covered by Medicaid. My kids now have dental insurance thru my company and go to my dentist, however, I would recommend this office to anyone I know.

I keep calling to set up an appointment. Really frustrating. Going to find a new provider. Regency dental sucks. I had to go here as regency dental accepts my son's insurance. Omg. I got there at 1:45pm as the appointment was at 2pm. My son was not seen until 3:30pm. There is no where to sit. People sitting down had like seven members in their families. I was very upset. I don't think I will return.

This is the worst dentist office of Northeast Florida!!!The manager is very unethical she blocked me from being able to reschedule after I expressed my disappointment of the office canceling my appointment the day off because the doctor having an emergency. The issue was the office canceled on me the day off and then tried to reschedule me a month out. I called back 2 weeks later and to my surprise she blocked me from being able to reschedule. I am going to do everything in my power to make sure nobody else has to deal with this unprofessional office!!The manager needs to go back to business management school you are supposed to do everything you can to accommodate since your office canceled the day of my appointment! If I could give this office a negative 2 instead of one star I would!Terrrrriiiiibbbbbbblllleeee service the doors to this establishment should be closed! Not to mention it’s location is in a mall, I should have known to skip pass this number on google!

Worst management ever, costumer service awful they never have appointments available and when they gave you one when you are close off your appointment day the always call to cancel with any excuse, i did 2 treatments there and my filling always fall out, the doctor don’t know how to work, the front desk there don’t have any manners also, they treat patients like they are tired off them and don’t want to hear nobody, never go there for treatment

This place is a joke and when it comes to peoples health SHOULD NEVER BE A JOKE! The girls at front are very rude and never answer phones I waited over 27 mins on hold 1st time for my app when I was lost and all I needed was directions, then the dentist HIMSELF REEKED of cigarettes in my face as he couldn't even quite tell me what my pain was I was experiencing or even thorough inspection. I feel the tray tech didn't take enough adequate pictures and at the end of the day I leave w out really knowing what's wrong w my tooth and a RX for antibiotics and Norco. Never going back there and set won't take my children there! Getting second opinion!! Shut them down!!!!!!!!!!!

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I cant gove them zero and post a comment. This is the worst dentist office and staff to go to. I had an appt schedule at 5 and arrived early and had to wait an hour just to go to the back and then another hour just for the female dentist to come in look at my mouth and xrays which took all of 5 mins and to wait for another 30 mins for the receptionist to come get me from that back. No only didn't I have to wait for 2 1/2 they thought they were slick but telling me I had to pay 50% of everything when I knew that my insurance cover over 80% of my procedure. Oh an the icing on the cake was I call to have them send over a referral for an oral surgeon gave them the info and the deadline to send over my paper work and they lost the info i gave the and had me on hold for like 30 mins just to find out who i spoke to like really. The worst dentist you could ever go too.

Absolutely horrible. Never ever go to this office. Money hungry, unprofessional people. Waited 2 and a half hours just to get some X-rays done and was supposed to get a general cleaning. But nope. Said I needed a deep cleaning and fillers. Stated I just wanted the general cleaning but told me I couldn't get that. Waste of time and money. DO NOT go to this office!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. I should have listened to all the NEGATIVE reviews and now I have to write my own negative review. First -the appointment time was 12:30 I arrived at 12:11 didnt walk to the back till 1:07. Second- I needed my teeth cleaned and my insurance "doesn't cover deep cleaning" so I would have to pay for the cleaning out of pocket. According to them I have a small cavity that requires another treatment "not covered by insurance ". Third- I contacted my previous dentist to get the cleaning and needed my x-rays that were taken at this office and they were going to charge a $45 fee. Their equipment was held together by tape. What kind of office doesnt fix their equipment ?

I see that a lot of bad reviews are from adult experiences, but, I will say, they were great with my kids. Very patient and understanding. My children were very at ease, despite a bad experience we had with a dentist on university. Will definitely be returning. :)

This place is the worst. Come january when my daughters dental insurance changes she will never be seen by this office again. The doctor at least has been very kind. But everybody else the front office people. Leave you on hold 15-20minutes, hang up your call and wont answer. Oh can never get a hold of the manager. Let alone some dont know how to read a chart. How do you work in a dentist office and dont know how to read charting. And then your asking me what teeth. Customer service is one thing this place does not have. If you dont like your job get a new one. Making me drive up here to make sure what im asking for gets done.
