Regency Square Mall Dental, P.A.

This is a bad place. I even left before I get any treatment. The manager and some lady patient stared fighting right front of me and my kids. I don’t know what exactly going on but that wasn’t an attitude towards a patient. The lady got tired of the argument, she sighed and said “whatever” and The manager was so dramatic. not even tried to listen to the lady, the manager was kept saying “record me! So you don't forget next time what I said!!” and even slammed the desk with her money and told her “here is your WHATEVER!” and returned her money. The patient was kept insisting that she’d pay for it but the manager didn’t take it. I just couldn’t stand the whole situation. The manager even called the mall security people for this drama.I don’t know how the doctor is cool to keep the stuff like that… I felt bad for the other lady. They need to remind themselves that this is also customer service as well. I think no one should get treated like that. Anyway if I could I’d give a zero star but I can’t. Only one lady at the desk was nice but I wasted an hour just sitting there. I didn’t even get called while I was there for an hour.

Super duper unprofessional. The dentists were fighting each other over who would do my son’s fillings. I have never seen anything quite like this. I would save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

This place has been rescheduling appointments on the day of appointment 5 out of 6 times. The state provided insurance is not accepted anywhere and treatments to patients are canceled. This place is a scam.

This place is a joke had a 4:30 appt and we didn't get seen til 6 then I needed my son tooth pull and the doctor ask one of the workers to ask front desk if he could we all walk up there they take in Spanish language and he walk off I ask the front desk lady is it a go for him to
get his tooth pulled she goes off talking crazy and we go back in fort and she said well you can take your son out of here man I got up so fast and went and got my son and I left . Finding a new dentist Tuesday

Went in for a cleaning... my teeth were polished and I was given a fluoride rinse. My teeth were not cleaned. I get a thorough cleaning by Dr Sharps office on Gate Parkway every 6 months. I know what a cleaning is.. This place is a joke. Not to mention that I physically had to go in to request x-rays be sent to my other dentist because its almost impossible to reach them over the phone. They tokd me they don't fax or email x-rays over they only give them to the patients. Well, they gave me ONE of the few x-rays and the clarity is bad. Take a look for yourself.

Terribly irresponsible please never go here this is the last place you should go personally i would rather go back in time and keep my teeth messed up. Service is really bad I’ve had to reschedule my appointment twice because my dentist didn’t show up. It’s always something, they need to be shut down.

I have a 5 star because the service I experienced here at Regency Dental was superior! Especially with the young lady up front by the name of Jonetta or Jenetta. I came in having to change my appointment because of complications with my insurance she was well informed answered all of my questions rescheduled me for a sooner appointment gave me and appointment card with info for my next appointment and I was on my way. She was very professional in her attitude and speech and it is so refreshing to have someone like that at a workplace! I look forward to returning for my cleaning thank you!!

Don't bother yourself calling this place early in the morning, noon time, or evening, they aren't ever going to answer the phone. Unfortunately, the negative reviews about this place were worse that I imagined. To say they're highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and incompetent is a compliment! They don't get anything worthwhile done there; they're basically just a place to get referrals for cleanings, surgery, etc. They need to train their receptionists on how not to speak badly to Medicaid recipients seeking their services as they recently did to me. Just because I'm a Medicaid recipient doesn't mean I don't deserve the same level of good customer service as others with regular dental insurance. They just need to go out of business already!

Had an appointment at 2:45 and waited until 4. Another lady was there with her 2 daughters. One got called back who had an appointment at 4:30 but the hygenist was SLEEPING in one of the rooms. We discussed how ridiculous it was while we waited for the receptionist to get off the phone. We told the place to stuff it and left. Never ever go here unless you hate yourself and your family.

This place is terrible. The lady at the front is rude as hell. She doesn't seem to like her job. A new lady was starting today trying to learn. The other lady was like omg I'm to stressed out and told her to stop answering the phone...... The lady I had in the back was great. I did have to wait a while. They kind of forgot about me. I will be happy once they get done what should have been done over a year ago.... I would stop going but I have waited this long might as well finish what I started before changing to a different dentist.
