Worst place ever!! The manager Victoria is very unprofessional, rude and doesn’t know a thing about customer service. She is the one in the picture light skin sitting in the back wearing blue green scrubbs. I first called and scheduled 2 appointments that same week because I was told that I needed x-rays first and after examining my teeth then I could schedule another appointment for the cleaning so I went ahead and scheduled both appointments. After seeing the doctor on Tuesday she said I will also need a filling on 1 tooth, she said we can take care of that on Friday when you come in. Ok its Friday I go in and as Im getting my teeth cleaned the doctor tells me oh your not going to get your filling in today because the doctor that did your xrays is not here. She doesn’t work on Fridays. SERIOUSLY!!! He can do the job but won’t do it because she did the xrays, so if she already knew she wasn’t going to be there on Friday why would she say I will do your filling and cleaning on your next appointment. Not an organized place. Nobody knows nothing or what is going on. I had to go to the front desk and try to reschedule and their next available date is not until mid May. I try to get them to reschedule me for something earlier since this was NOT my fault but they just said no. I asked for my records so I could go somewhere else and ask for the female Doctor to give me a call back. The young girl at the front said because you are no longer affiliated with us she cant give you a call back. That was about all I could take from this office. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else. The young girl sitting in the front with black hair was the only nice one. When I took the picture the manager Victoria noticed and was trying to pose and laughing about it. She is very unprofessional and immature and by seeing the other reviews several people have complained about her and this business doesn’t care to have rude people like her.

I have been desperately trying to make an appointment with them for over a month now. Receptionist's purposely put you on hold for long periods of time, hoping you will hang up, in order to hinder doing their job, but no worries. With enough complaints, phone calls and customers saying the same thing, will have them shut down, sooner rather than later

I will do my due diligence and make the necessary reports and phone calls. Do yourself a favor and save yourself time and do not get assigned to this dental office!

SUPER RUDE. They called yesterday to confirm my appointment. When I got there, I said something about the phones because I called multiple times and was out on hold each time and no one ever got back to me. Anyways she had me fill out the form then half way through she said I didn't have an appointment!! She deleted my appointment because I said how unprofessional it was about the phones. WORST EXPERIENCE ! Go anywhere but here.

Worst dentist in the 904. Had a 10am appointment and at 1130 they brought me into the back and took x-rays and put me in a room. At 1245pm they told me there was only 1 dentist and there were 4 people in front me me.
I asked why the schedule all these people with only 1 dentists and the nurse said if I didn't like it leave.
Avoid this place at all cost.

By far the worst place to go ever! Poor service and wait times are ridiculous! If you call they leave you on hold for 30+ minutes and never return to the call or give you a call back. If they don’t want to handle the call they will place you on hold and never return to the phone. This has happened to me on several occasions. And then they redirect you to their answering service. I wish I could rate a 0 star it’s that bad!

This office should not be open, or should be investigated. I have been referred to this office on several occasions by my low income insurance. Each time has been less than professional, as they don’t answer the phones, don’t keep up with patient information, treatments or referrals. Their employee turn around rate is ridiculous as that is probably the reason nothing is in order. There is no order. I even think at this point the female dentist is just as unprofessional as her front desk staff. On August 8, I was contacted for the first time as I usually have to contact them for follow ups on my referrals or treatment. Usually not by phone, I live close so I go in. The receptionist spoke with my husband to schedule the appointment, he was told to have me call them back because I was away. He told her “No schedule the appointment now, because y’all don’t answer the phone.” She gave him an appointment for 8/9 @ 4:00pm. As I was shocked they called me in the first place, I was glad I would finally be done with treatment as well as being done with Regency Square Dental. I arrived at 3:56, signed in and waited. There was already 7 people ahead of me and more coming in. At this point everyone in the lobby is realizing the unprofessional staff. I did offer my option to complain but from my experience nothing ever happens. The receptionist by the name of “Z” is what I was told began telling us how we could go somewhere else and adding to the unprofessional atmosphere already in this place. I did record as I was advised by another patient. She continued to say she “use to be on medicaid & would never come here” Only once can I recall a professional atmosphere, Johnetta and the crew that came in the same time was very professional and could definitely reassure the lobby that everyone would be seen in a timely manner, I haven’t seen her my last 2 visits. Z told me she would have my chart pulled and I would be dismissed. Sure enough they the front desk went back to the dentist, she came up, looked at the computer and another back office person made an announcement that the dentist is “conveniently” running behind at 5:15. She will not see any other patients after 6:00.
I will be receiving my partials at a higher rate than quoted due to the time it took to continue treatment, hopefully in the next two visits. God bless the people that have to remain here maybe one day someone above management will take the complaints serious. Everyone deserves exceptional care.

If I can give no stars I would and I have not even step foot on the premises yet, every time you call someone quickly tells you to hold on but never comes back to the phone once you hang up or the phone hangs you up and you call back, The phone picks up and hangs up again, it is a constant, agonizing cycle over and over again I have been trying to get in for less than a year and more than eight months ..

The worst care I’ve ever had in any medical facility period. The receptionist literally told me I had dirt on my teeth. Which was not true. You can’t even get anyone on the phone. It took me calling for months before I could get an appointment. When I went in for the appointment at 10AM the staff wasn’t there to open the office. They opened late. I was not put in a chair until over an hour later to wait another 30 min. The dentist came in to tell me I needed a cleaning and told me to go to the front to schedule it. I advised her that i scheduled the appointment today for a cleaning. She then told me she could do it today and they had to get the room ready but the receptionist would help me further. The receptionist then tried to explain to me that I had not been seen since 2015 and I needed a deep cleaning and would be charged. I explained to her that I was just seen there about a year ago and that I know I don’t need a deep cleaning. She then apologized and said she was looking at someone else’s chart not mine. They were just trying to charge me for extra services I didn’t need and that my insurance would pay for. I then asked to speak to the provider that recommended the deep cleaning and they told me I couldn’t speak to her. I advised them that the doctor didn’t tell me I needed a deep cleaning and I’d like to know why but the dentist refused to speak to me. The receptionist then tried to tell me in front of the whole waiting room that I had dirt on my teeth. I brush 2 times a day and floss daily nor do I eat dirt. Then an assistant came to explain to me why a deep cleaning was recommended. Mean while they are explaining my medical records in front of other patients which violates my HIPA rights. The receptionist were telling patients on the phone that the office phones lines were down so they were contacting patients on their personal cell phones. The staff was also having personal conversation with air pods in while helping patients. This place needs to be shut down. Do not waste your time. I will be filling a complaint with my insurance and BBB including who ever else oversees these offices. No one should ever be treated that way.

This place is horrible.. worst customer services. No one never picks up the phone. And when you leave a message with the answering service no one never calls back. The manager Victoria was yelling and scream at my mother in law after my mother told her she has been dealing with this place to get her dentures for over 2 years now. She was at the last stage and they supposedly lost them so she had to start all over. On top of making her pay out of pocket even tho the insurance stated everything is covered.

The staff are unfriendly and rude and nasty. Had the nerve to tell my mother in law that they will no longer take her. She just got approved for insurance and the insurance company told her to give this dentist their number to call them and get her member number and Victoria said she doesn’t have time to do that. That it’s not her job to check the insurance.
