If I could give zero stars, I would. My kids were seen there a couple of years ago for a general cleaning. When we came home, my son still had some plaque or tartar on a couple of his teeth. Worst job I've ever seen. Needless to say, we've found another pediatric dentist. Now, any time I call, I get placed on hold for 10 to 15 minutes, and then hung up on. It seems like someone is ill-equipped at their job, or they just don't want to do it. On top of that, my husband has been having issues with his teeth for months, and when they finally scheduled him an appointment, the dentist canceled. The earliest appointment is a month out. His tooth broke today, and they offer no emergency dental services. NEVER wasting my time with them again. Worst customer service ever.

The fact that no matter how early you call nobody answers that phone, and dare leave a voice message nobody will call back. I’ve been trying to get through to them for days regarding my tooth referral. Just horrible.

I've been coming here for the past few years for cleaning; I was Dr. Cullen's patient, no problems there. He wasn't there that day so Dr. Baez saw me. An old filling came out and I came in today to get it fixed. It took 20 minutes. Dr. Baez is very pleasant and explains everything well. Reception could be better some days due to a bit of miscommunication in the past but overall, it's not bad. Waiting is normal as with all other doctor's offices so no complaints there.

I was there 3 times... the 2 times before today I thought they were a bit unprofessional. But hey I needed my teeth looked at and then filled.. well today I just had enough. They messed up on reading my insurance. And wanted me to sign a consent for a price I'd have to pay for one filling that wasn't covered by insurance. And so when I explained I know I have more than 1 that won't be covered so why is there only this 1 written down. I am not paying 125 dollars. They proceeded to talk to me like I was 7 talking about well you have 3 apples and 3 oranges...and I was like excuse me you do not have to talk to me like that I am a grown woman. And I also know how to count... long story short I walked out after she took the paper with that 1 filling and wrote down all the ones I had and put 0s next to them and said well you want them all written down right. I told her no I wanted to know why only 1 out of 4 need to be written down .. and she just kept going this one zero this one zero.. I said you know what I'm leaving. You are rude. Rude and unprofessional. She said good.....
Ugh I never been so angry at a business in my life. How do they still have an office. That was horrible.

This place should be shut down. The condition of the inside is falling apart, they have blood all over the place. They're are disorganized, rude to patients, and just truly unprofessional. Just the worst place to go. Would give no stars but I wouldn't be able to write a review.

Avoid this clinic, very bad place. Two appointments was canceled, two times appointments postponed never call you to let you know . They don’t care about your time , they never have a doctor an your appointment day .

Honestly i didn't want to give any stars. Been there once,tried going back,left messages,no return calls unless answering service LYING! I mean Months no calls back. They are close to me and in my network,I refuse to be believe it's because of the pandemic you don't return calls. Why are they on medicaid list of places? Obviously they DO NOT CARE.

"find something better to do with your life." She told me as I am telling you it is not worth the insurance headache nor the highest length of disrespect given. They are very unorganized and truly difficult to set an appointment. I do believe this maybe a scam and they may even practice fraud as they advise accepting insurance that they don't thoroughly communicate that they verify. The Dentist maybe nice but the receptionist is so unpleasant and unwelcoming that I personally triple guess if I should meet the DMD. The Board of Dentistry and the Better Business Burro should stop by and chat with the oh so called office manager. But don't take my one star rating (which really should be no star at all) give them a call and SEE for yourself.

I had them bleach my teeth last Thursday. The guy that bleached my teeth could not speak English. I kept telling him he was burning me. My the time the treatment was over my gums were white. I was told this was normal. By Friday evening my gums were bleeding and inflamed. I called the office five times. No call back Friday no call back Saturday and today is Monday and still no call back. I went to see our company nurse and was told they burnt my gums and they did not properly do the bleaching nor did they apply the gum protective coating as they should. Don't use this place. I paid $350 and my teeth aren't bleached but my gums sure are!
