As soon as I walked in the door I was met with a smile and a friendly welcome. All of the staff were very informative and extremely knowledgeable, even though I basically had four staff members who worked directly with me all the other's that I came in contct with were courteous and very professional ! I would not hesitate to recommend this particular clinic to my family and friends.

If I could rate this zero stars I would!! The absolute worst dental place around. I came here two years ago and stopped because the customer service and staff was awful. They also charge you more than the cost your are told at checkout. So two years later, my husband makes our kids dental appointment at Aspen. I bit my tongue hoping things have changed. Not even a little. It's far worse now. I just walked out of there. My kids appointment was at 11:30 (got there at 1118), they got called back at 1210. Took them forever to be seen, then when the doctor came in it was super quick and we were rushed. Guidance as to what was happening next was extremely unclear. I was waiting on some manager to go over everything with me on my sons next appointment... it is now 1pm...I approach a dental assistant as to what is taking so long... tells me they are busy with patients and only one doctor. I have multiple commitments I have to be at and don't have the time to sit around and wait... I said that I am not bringing my kids back here and her response was "I can escort you to the front door". Nevermind the fact my insurance is going to fork up this bill for poor and unprofessional service. I will contact Tricare about this and see what I can do. After it was done I asked for my kids dental file, they didn't have it and acted like I was inconveniencing them! Are you kidding me?! They printed off a copy of their xrays which was printed on copying paper and the ink toner was low so everything looked awful. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! There are so many other better options! Nothing has changed in two years. Do not waste your time!

Experience was satisfactory. Think you should explain that new patients will be a longer appointment, and they may or may not get your teeth cleaned that day which is what you made the appointment for. I think I saw everybody in the practice; don't think that's necessary. All that takes up too much time; people are busy and have to work.

I've had poor experiences with multiple dentist to where I quit going for many years, BUT ASPEN DENTAL CHANGED THAT FOR ME!!!! When I say the staff was kind and sweet, I mean it. When I say they cared about how I felt, I MEAN IT!!!! And it wasn't just to me it was to ALL patients there!!!!

The receptionist at the front desk was very nice on the phone and in person. Very nice and personable. The woman that brought me back was very considerate because I was in severe pain with gums that were infected and she tried to make it painless with the xrays. She answered all my questions . Friendly and knowledgeable. The dr didn’t spend much time with me and I felt a little rushed with her but she did look very busy and still answered my questions. Also she was very nice as well . The office manager helped me to the best of her ability when I spoke with her. I can’t say it enough of how nice this whole office was as well as understanding. Thank you so much for the great experience and I will be back because of it.

Visit took a very long time, front desk said it was because I was a new patient. They had to do some extra things to get ready for me, but assured me that my first visit would be the longest and any other time I should be in & out. All staff was very nice and it was very clean. Other then the long wait, I would recommend it. My second visit was much shorter and all the staff were just as friendly as the first time. Great place.

Went for check up and was informed need some work on my gums and a crown. I was expecting the crown so no big deal at this point. Sat down to discuss the price of the work on the crown and gums which even with insurance was over $2000. Had the prework visit for crown but when i got to get the crown fitted they charged me another $325 for the crown! Not once on sitting me down regarding work and prices was I told this would happen. The dental assistant was not efficient when putting on the temporary crown. It took her 4 attempts which at this point my gum was raw with all the scraping and pressure. In all my years of getting crowns have I had a worse experience. Two weeks after the crown my gum has finally calmed down. It was extremely painful to the point that I even bought oragel to help! Never used this before in my entire life. Will I go back - I am not sure. Charging me extra really upset me.

On a follow up phone call they informed me this was a shortfall on the insurance. Beware when you are having work done to check with your insurance yourself. They are not doing accurate estimates of the insurance. I may still have another to bill to pay as one is pending. This is a real concern as in the past my dentist has been certain what my extra costs were to be. To be more than $300 short or even more is not acceptable.

I loved this place from the day I scheduled my initial appointment. The customer service was awesome. Everyone is pleasant and actually hear what you need. I had a decayed tooth that needed to be pulled and they assisted to make sure that I was relieved asap. The procedure was as painful as to be expected, but very quick. I'd refer anyone to them.

The worst part about this office is the front desk staff they seem to never answer the phones and when they do they put you on hold and forget about you the male seems to do that alot. Brianna also works the front and she has horrible customer service skills and people skills is not in her character what so ever. Just rude everytime I have been there. The dentist and the staff in the back are awesome but they lost a customer for life as well as any chance of me bringing my older kids
