The Staff is super nice and polite. I have dentist issues and I was treated like they really care! Going to the Dentist is never fun, especially when you are in pain. That was all eased. The only negative thing is the wait. Other than that...piece of cake...ha...better not say cake...no cavities here... promise!

Aspen dental wants nothing but your money. They offer free consultations and that's the ONLY good thing about them. I was in the office for hours just to get multiple xrays and upon sitting there in an open room around multiple patients I heard the person doing the checkup tell me and the 4 patients after me the exact same thing. Was told all my teeth needed to pulled and needed full dentures then told the next 4 people the same thing. There is no way that all of us needed all of our teeth pulled. Then the quote for that was 39,000 be cause you know everyone's just got that much money laying around right. This place is a joke they push unneccessary work on you in order to make huge profit then give you horrible care during the whole process. Save your money and go to a family dentist and not this big money hungry chain they do not and will not ever really care about their patients it's all about the money.

The whole process was wonderful. They were very considerate of my concerns and helped me figure out the best affordable plan. This by far was the best experience I have ever had.

I know now what cattle feels like. What ever happened to people being treated like humans. You are escorted through the shoots with no one really giving any thought of the fact your time is just as important as theirs and that everyone is human and shouldn't be pushed around. 2 hours for a consultation. That is ridiculous. Felt like on a conveyor belt. Never in my life would I think that this is what dental practices have led up to robotic service.

Great experience! Going to the dentist can be a little scary but they were very nice and explained things very clearly. I knocked off a star because the x ray tech was very rude and blamed me for being behind with her patients but the rest of the staff was very nice and I would still go back to this location

Awful service! My parents started going here and bad work since the day they started! The surgeon started pulling the wrong tooth during my dads surgery!!!??? Some of the receptionist are nice but they are defiantly not organized!

The staff was very friendly. Great experience the only thing I didn't like is that the waiting area is right where the front desk is. When you go to the check out or talk to a financial aide everybody can hear what is being said that's a big problem that needs to be fixed. I don't want anyone to know information.

I absolutely love it!!! The services was great! They had all the new millennium equipment that help you to have a more up close vision of what’s going on in your mouth .The staff was super nice with beautiful smiles,the environment was very welcoming..!!

Nonprofessional! No sense of urgency ! APPOINTMENTS ...LOL. You call and you are instantly put on hold. And the most disheartening thing is how they prey on the elderly. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Please do not waste your insurance on this office. They do not not have, nor car about your best interest! Run

It's weird to say a dental appointment was a wonderful experience. But yes!! It really was. Everyone was so nice and patient. They let you know what is happening through the entire process. Definitely recommend Aspen Dental.
