Not sure whether to blame my insurance or Aspen, but Im not very happy with receiving bill after bill from Aspen for things that have always been covered like dental cleanings and checkups or for what sounds like extra x-rays they claimed would be covered but turn out are not by Tricare. I never had to go through this before at my old dental office. :( Not very happy with this occuring after every single visit. My daughter and husband see a different dentist and I have yet to see a bill from their dentist. Hhmmm?

Quality of work is great.....so far, so good..... However, the last appointment, probably my 6th one, was the second time that they had apparently messed up the scheduling and was about to send me home, a hour and fifteen mins away, until I spoke of the problem not being my fault and they had called and text me to confirm it for that Thursday morning at 7.30am.....I was not pleased with their apparent lack of scheduling skills and spoke of my displeasure.....after a few moments they agreed to see me. Later when I was leaving another patient stopped me and had the same complaint. Looks like to me if you was such a great place that they would be certain to take care of the fundamentals of business operation.
Maybe it won't happen anymore.....I hope.

The office was busy and I was not called back for 45 minutes after my appointment time. Once I was called back the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this Dentist. Just ensure you have an extra hour for your visit. It is worth it.......

I have had nothing but a great experience at the Columbus, Ga location. They worked with me on the price and offered me many options to get to a price that I was comfortable with. The staff has been excellent and always friendly. If you need some work done, I would highly recommend giving them a try.

I literally took my daughter there for no reason. We were with the dentist long enough for her to look in my daughter's mouth tell me there was a problem and then send us on our way. There was no suggestion of what we could do to help her until I could reach her regular dentist....nothing! It was a complete waste of time and energy. I will never go back and if you really need help I wouldn't go to them because you won't get any.

These people at Aspen Dental are very unprofessional. I scheduled my daughter for appointment over three weeks ago and we show up early for her appointment and waited for about twenty minutes and they call me up and told me that they don't have a spot for her and they want to reschedule. Please excuse my language....but they are sucks. They don't even deserted one star.

If I could give zero Stars I would. My appointment was at 9:45. I was told to get there 15 minutes early, which I did it is 10:35 now and I still have not been called. I have been here since 9:30. A total waste of my morning. I had to walk out so I had time for the rest of my commitments for the day. I am completely dissatisfied and this place is a joke. Do not use this place.

Employees are extremely up beat and professional love that, plus the get there and go in timely manner I would recommend them highly. From front desk to the back they make your visit fun you feel like you have been going there for years. Simply put plain love them all.

I had an appointment at 11: 00 and was by dentist at 12:30. The exrays got messed up and had to do them again. And the girl who was doing it was so rude. The dentist was nice and the office manager was very nice and helpful.

Scheduled an appointment and had to wait nearly an hour. Front desk receptionist was nice and the gum specialist was amazing, but the dentist herself and the tech I saw seemed like they hated their jobs. I guess since it was the end of the day, they might have been really tired but they could have done better. Just know that if you decide to go here, show up late because you'll have to wait anyway.
Update 12/27/17:
Originally when I came here, didn’t have a pleasant experience and had to wait FOREVER. Couldn’t schedule an appointment at my regular dentist so figured this place would have openings since it’s a chain dentist office and focused on volume of patients rather than patient satisfaction.
Called and receptionist said she had booked my appointment for this morning, came here early in the morning and they told me I didn’t have an appointment and that I would be placed behind everyone else. This is infuriating and still so unprofessional!
