They really care about their patients health and well being. Always nice and professional. After reading some of the other reviews I felt like I should add a bit more. They do a an initial exam with xrays for free and come up with a comprehensive care plan based on that. It seems most of the folks on here are complaining because they didn't simply get their teeth cleaned. Suffering from gum disease since my 20's I can tell you these folks really know their stuff. I'm in my 40's now and after a little over a year my teeth and gums are healthier than they have been my entire adult life. I have never felt pressured into any treatment and have always been treated with respect. I walk through the door and am always greeted with "Hello Mr. Bankston!". I can't be happier with my experience here and will continue to use the.

I didn’t have a procedure from this place. I drove my wife for a 3:00pm appointment we get there and we’re told they running a hour behind. After wait for an 1hr and 15 minutes she calls and then they tell they are running 2 hours behind. Which mean you over booked your appointments. Very unprofessional they should have called patients and informed them. What’s is the use in scheduling appointments. My suggestion would be find a more professional practice. Unbelievable

Let me start by saying that the majority of the staff at this particular location is very kind thorough. Specifically the hygienist that I’ve experienced, the Invisalign technicians, as well as the actual dentist have been very pleasant. however, please know that this place is like a factory.
due to my insurance change I was referred to Aspen dental to start receiving my dental services. They’re never on time! even before the COVID-19 you may not be seen for a scheduled appointment for at least 30 minutes or more after. On at least one occasion I’ve had to reschedule my appointment because they were running over. every appointment that I’ve had is always been at least 30 minutes late. It is very aggravating for someone like me who is a business owner. When it comes to doctors offices you always assume that you may have to wait a little bit of time but not excessively.
This places heavily encourages you purchase Invisalign. In which I did for both myself and for my son on our first appointment. I was told and given a bill on the first appointment from where I paid for both of us showing a zero balance! The finance manager is very condescending, And at times comes off very arrogant and rude. On three different occasions I was told that our bills were paid in full, only to find out that each time I was told that I owed more money. when questioning the price of my Invisalign for both my son on three different occasions she comes off very smug. And never seems to recall any information given on her part. Each time I pay a bill I receive an itemized bill showing A zero balance only to come back and find out that I owe more money.
This particular location is very unorganized When it comes to scheduling appointments.
My son and I are still in the middle of our treatment plan. As of today I paid a little over $1000 for my son, in which They say the last bit of money owed. We will see.
In closing , I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants Invisalign. After sharing my experience with several others. There are actually a few people who have had a similar story to mine as well. They just haven’t reviewed. there are other establishments in Columbus, Ga that are better organized better, have better pricing and have an office manager who is completely professional.

MY initial experience and everyone after that was met with friendly courteous people. The experience was absolutely painless, which is a good thing. But, the follow up on adjustments leaves a lot to be desired. When you have mouth pain and your told you can't be seen for the next five days is not acceptable. I was told I could come in as a walk in but he said he would/could not guarantee that I would be seen. Not, not seen right away or seen as soon as possible but not be seen period. He either needs a bit more training or I need a new dentist.

BUYER BEWARE OF BAIT & SWITCH!! My daughter called for a cleaning and she made sure to ask about her insurance coverage during her initial call. She goes to her appt & after they do her xrays, etc they tell her that her insurance does not cover cleaning. She lets them know that they told her it was covered when she made the appt and she has used her insurance for cleanings at another office. Aspen dental then tells her - Oh yes, your insurance does cover cleaning but you need a different cleaning. She declined the 'different cleaning' and asked for her regular cleaning - they refused to service her. In addition, they tried to get her to buy braces for 1 tooth that is slightly crooked and hardly noticeable. They were very friendly but what do you expect when they are politely trying to rip you off and sell you services you do not need. Please be careful if you choose this dental office because they may be telling you lies such as - Your insurance doesnt cover it.... ASPEN DENTAL in COLUMBUS, GA

I've been going to this office for a year. Dr Lauderdale, Daniel , Christy, and for the life me I can't remember the three young ladies who performed my X-rays and helped me with my invisaligns but they are all excellent and professional. They really care and talk to you about your services.

This was one of the worst dental experiences ever. My crown fell off. (Aspen did not put on the original crown). Since I was new to Columbus, GA, I contacted Aspen Dental for the emergency visit. I got an appointment the next day and the dentist cemented the crown back on. She did not advise me to get a new crown and the crown fell off four days later. I returned to Aspen and dentist did not examine me but told the x-ray technician to tell me I needed a new crown. The dentist could have taken the time to apologize and advise me of the next steps. Although I felt disrespected by the dentist, I still agreed to a new crown since it was an emergency. However, the office kept changing the prices for the procedure. I finally cancelled the appointment for the new crown. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Not only do they not provide courteous professional service, but change the price quotes with no truthful explanation of the procedure costs. PATIENT BEWARE!

I loved every minute of the experience, they actually checked all 32 of my teeth. They had alot of Knowledge, as to what I needed to do as well as what needed to be done to them.. Over all it was a very educational experience of what I need to do when dealing with my teeth..

Terrible timing and scheduling. How can an appt first thing in the morning already be running 30 min late and they had the nerve to tell me to arrive 15 min early to do paperwork. Ended up leaving and will seek dental care elsewhere that knows how to make a schedule and keep it running smoothly!

Stephanie was so very professional when I called to schedule. She made me comfortable before I even arrived for the appointment. The staff was so friendly and quite professionalas well. I am a Army Veteran, and their actions said "Thank you for your service". They were very thorough and answered all of my questions with ease. Dr. Lauderdale has an amazing team! Overall, it was a great experience. I will be coming back for my dental needs.
