Aspen Dental uses false advertising on their website. I scheduled my mother a new patient appointment online based on the free exam and x-rays for new patients without insurance advertisement. I selected an appointment time and created an account as instructed. I completed all medical history, HIPPA, financial forms online. My mother arrived to her appointment 15 minutes early. Upon arriving, my mother was asked to fill out the same exact forms that were already completed online when her appointment was scheduled. The receptionist also asked if my mother wanted a CT scan ($30) instead of the x-ray (free per Ad). My mother declined the CT scan and continued to complete the stack of forms provided. About 5 minutes later, the receptionist advised my mother that she had went passed her appointment time (false as she arrived 15 mins prior) and they would need to reschedule her for another day. My mother was turned away after she declined an upsale by the receptionist and this advertisement was not honored. If you can not honor the advertisement, it needs to be removed from your website and from the display inside of your office. Also, a patient shouldn't have to complete forms inside of the office that they were asked to complete online. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

I’ve been there before and now again with mouth pain. Both times I had an amazing group of people help me. Friendly and informative. They’re a bit high in prices but i rather pay a little more and get great service from wonderful people than go anywhere else. One of the really nice things they offer is financing because a lot of dentist don’t. I would tell everyone if you need a dentist go to Aspen Dental

Aspen Dental clearly cares more about getting extra money than they do their patient's time. When I called to schedule my appointment, they asked what I needed and I told them a cleaning and that I had recently moved to the area. They said they would do x-rays as well since it was going to be my first visit. That was fine. However, when I arrived at the appointment, they did excessive amounts of x-rays, just to tell me that everything looked fine and that I did not have any cavities. I understand that if something does not look right to do more x-rays, but it seemed to be a little much to start out with. After they said everything looked okay, they said they would schedule me for a cleaning at a later date. This was totally new news to me. I thought that I was scheduling one appointment to get everything finished. They asked me if I could come back the very next day. Obviously, if I took off work for the dentist one day, I was not going to turn around and use another day for the dentist the very next day.
I have never had a dentist make me come back twice when everything was fine. This would require me to drive back across town to the dentist a second time, wait in the waiting room a second time, and wait in the dentist chair a second time. I will definitely be finding a new dentist company that values their customers more than this.

Shady place. Came for a ins-covered cleaning and got a “treatment plan” w a $1000 out of pocket cost for that cleaning and an un-needed Invisalign recommendation. This place reeks of salesmanship and that’s why I won’t be returning.

Don't let your first appointment discourage you! I was "underwelled" at my first appointment, mainly by the wait time. However, once you begin treatment, everything goes according to plan. Nicest personnel ever! Kudos to my Columbus, GA office. ...especially Daniel!! Thank you ALL for making my smile!

Switched to Aspen because I wanted a provider closer to where I live and work. Biggest mistake ever. I went on my day off. I hardly ever take days off from work and had lots of other things I needed to get done. Expected to be at dentis 90 minutes tops. Unless I was having serious work done, no cleaning has ever taken me longer than that, even as a new patient. After waiting an HOUR before I was even seen, I finally get called in to have a massive amount of xrays done, then finally get to the chair for an exam by the dentist who then calls the hygenist in to get ANOTHER exam done, you would think ok NOW Im going to get my teeth cleaned, WRONG. Gotta go into another room for a "treatment plan" This treatment plan assumes I have a $1000 dollars to spend right then and there. Remember I just wanted a cleaning. So I politely decline to spend $1000 for other than what I had made time for that day, a cleaning. Guess what? I wont be getting a cleaning today because they dont actually give you what you ask for the first day, they just give you consulation..WHAT THE FRENCH TOAST?! I just wasted almost three hours of my day off and I am not getting what I made an appoitment for? Ya think while I was sitting in the waiting room for an hour, that would have been explained? No where on their website or during the time that I was there, did anyone explain that. These people are out to take advantage of folks who just trust that the work they are stating you "need" is actually needed. I am going back to my old dentist and I hope he has the same report on the status of my teeth or I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Child I was one minute late passed my grace period for my appt. When the receptionist told a Asian woman about my one minute tardiness, the Asian lady was disgusted like she knew me. My insurance is up to date and I will take my business elsewhere. Even if I'm misunderstanding the situation, the atmosphere in the office wasn't humble nor professional except for the receptionist. That business can continue without me no thank you sis.

Every time I have been to this location they are always prompt with my appointments. I had a lot of work done at the beginning of the year and it has made such a difference in my life. Every time I call and I get Daniel on the phone, he is so helpful and has a great customer service voice. Kudos to this office for such a friendly staff!!!

Wow! My first visit was incredible. I'm thinking is this really a dentist office? The employees were super busy and under staffed but super professional and nice I mean really nice. I almost can't wait to go back!
