First time patient just today! Came in for 2 extraction 😀 & will most likely continue to visit for any dental needs/cleaning. 👍🏻 I’m so thankful that their office is OPEN when I needed it because other dental clinics that covered my insurance were close due to the pandemic.
The Kaizen Dental Staff are Definitely Friendly, welcoming, and kind! Always smiling! ....and that’s what you want/expect to see when coming to a dental office! I called before I came in and the dental nurse, Ha, gracefully helped me with all of my inquiries. I am very impress with their online system of FILLING OUT FORMS —that you’re able to do on your phone/iPad/laptop before heading to the dental office. Very efficient! The waiting room/environment is clean and peaceful.
The staff are personable and positive! Can’t find anything negative to say from the first phone call to after having my extraction because it was just a comfortable pleasant experience (despite the numb shots)! Even during the numb shots, I felt that they made sure I was comfortable instead of roughly rushing through it. Dr. Eric and his assistant are very gentle and eased my nervousness before the extraction. Very thorough and patient in explaining procedures/instructions you do or don’t understand. Detail-oriented! You can tell that They are experts of their Expertise and love what they do.
I definitely RECOMMEND Dr. Eric at Kaizen Dental Center to anyone needing a dental visit!

I went to kaizen for a new set of dentures they are so good people will never know here fake. And the way he did my bottoms it doesnt rock or come loose when i eat and i only use the powder. Everyone there is super friendly and nice

Yesterday I went to see Dr. Eric Muraoka every time I come for a visit there's something new and exciting in the office. This time is a 3-D printer that can make your bridges in 30 minutes very impressive. I got my teeth cleaned by KiaraThe hygienist yesterday. Since I go to do my cleaning every three months I'm always impressed with the amount of details she puts into her work great job.
What a great experience she took her time and did an excellent job.
Following this great experience Dr. Erek came and sat with me went over my CT scan took his Time To explain me everything. thank you very much I will definitely recommend Kaizen Dental Center.
Keep up the good work. you definitely got me as a lifelong customer.

The staff is all super warm & friendly. Malia is a fantastic hygienist and both of our teeth have never felt and looked so clean. Dr. M was thorough, friendly and professional. Scheduling made easy with their online appointments! Best dental office ever!

Long story short. I ate a mango of the rock variety and my entire tooth broke completely off. I called Kaizen Dental and they were able to squeeze me in same day. Nervous upon arrival, Doctor and staff made me feel super comfortable and relaxed with some humor. I got my X-rays, molding, then scheduled an appt for an implant. Thank you kaizen dental for coming to the rescue, I now won’t have to walk around with a gap smile much longer. 😁

My very first experience here was 1st Class from start to finish!!! I had been sooo leary and scared to go to the Dentist -- it's been 13 years -- so I took my careful time researching different Dental Teams before choosing Kaizen Dental.
From sweet, efficient Bianca running the front office, to the EXCELLENT & calming zen skills of Malia with X-rays and a ninja, magical cleaning, to Dr. Kim doing the overall check up, with such a great sense of humor-- who would think you could actually LAUGH genuinely in a Dental Chair-- it's an Oxymoron really!!! in between his expert recommendations.
I was completely happy, at ease and felt very confident with the SUPERB professionalism, consummate kindness & precise expertise, in addition to the positive energy of the entire Kaizen Dental Office Team!!!!
This is now my new, OIfficial Dental Team, and I already have my 6 month check up scheduled with Malia!!!
