Dr Eric Muraoka and his team are awesome. I had a crown that I wanted to replace since I didn't like the shape and the shade was off a bit. As a dentist myself, I have a highly critical eye and even higher expectations.The result was just stunning!! Flawless work and skilled technique. Even some colleagues can't tell which tooth had been crowned.

The staff was great, I wasn’t seated very long before being seen by the dentist. The wonderful lady who cleaned my teeth was very thorough and patient.
I will diffidently be back in six months.

Redeemed a Groupon for a dental cleaning here recently. The office staff was great and the dental tech who cleaned my teeth was very friendly, professional and gentle. Would definitely recommend this dental office.

So... my experience was a wonderful one, delighted by my dentist 🦷 and boy was I surprised they got me in. I was having daily headaches and pain so it was more like an emergency visit and I was trying to see a dentist Christmas Eve, and they got me in!!! They did X-rays and helped me to understand what was going on with my mouth, jaw and teeth. Little did I know I had 4 wisdom teeth sprout up over the previous year or so and they were causing all the problem. They also did a full check-up and cleaning. Thorough, kind, full of Aloha, and blessed. This business is unique and wonderful. I would highly recommend to all.

I love this dentist! Everyone is so friendly. I actually found this dentist through a Groupon after not going to the dentist for a couple of years, I was worried about my dental health. Although, I thought buying dental services on Groupon was risky I am so glad I took the risk. Big risk, big reward! The dental hygienist that I usually see is so kind and thorough. I always know I am in good hands and they always give me such great advice on maintaining my dental health. Mahalo for your incredible services, they make going to the dentist enjoyable as well as affordable.

I was referred treferreby someone on Facebook who was referring someone else on a public thread. I remember them saying that they accept new patients and it doesn't take months to be seen (this was a few months ago in 2019). I chipped a tooth and the pain was so bad! I called, got set up for an appointment next day. Got a root canal and immediately felt better. They ran my card to pay my co payment and unfortunately my card declined due to unforeseen uses on my card; I apologizeapologized profusely and was completely embarrassed by the ordeal to which they were so undeunderstanding and allowed me to send in my card info when I got it figured out. I will definitely be referring my friends and family and going back for much needed dental care ASAP! The staff were all amazing! From the front desk, assistant and the dentist! He numbed me up extra well and I didn't feel a thing! I've never been so comfortable during a root canal and although I really hate going to the dentist, I will be back because they take such great care and make sure its almost PAINLESS! Definitely recommend

OMG I think I just found my dentist for life (even though I don't live here LOL). I'm on an extended work-cation here in Hawaii from the Bay Area and it just dawned on me that my last cleaning was 1.5 years ago. Uh oh. Did a quick search on Groupon and this was highly recommended. I didn't expect much to be honest. EVERY SINGLE Groupon dentist that I've seen for cleanings has tried to upsell me on UNNECESSARY procedures: "oh! you need to have this cavity refilled otherwise you are in danger of a root canal! (and other BS)". My wife has had the same experience only to be told by her regular doctor that, uhhh, no you don't have to get xyz work done.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME that a Groupon dentist didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work. Plus 100 for that alone.

Another plus 300 for Kira who was utterly patient, thorough, gentle, and skilled. I told her that this is the most relaxed I've ever been for a cleaning and that this was the first time I literally felt no pain as I usually have major sensitivity to cold air/water in one of my teeth in the upper right. I will request Kira again when I go back.

Dr. Muraoka was straightforward and to the point when doing my exam and again, didn't try to upsell me on filling any cavities or getting any root canals LOL.

Another +100 for Jonathan who was able to squeeze me in the very next morning at 7 am after I called; he was also very professional and prompt and courteous.

Since I'm in Hawaii 1-2 times a year anyway, I plan to take advantage of their house plan which as of today's writing allows for 2 cleanings with 1 xray and exam per year for $150. Holla at a great deal everybody!

Thanks Kira and Dr. Muraoka and Kaizen staff. You have a customer for life! (Even though I don't live here LOL!)
