Kaizen Dental Center - Downtown Honolulu

I was in terrible pain a few weeks ago, and Kaizen Dental Center came as a godsend. They got me in the same day I called! Turns out I needed a root canal and a crown for one of my teeth. It was awesome because I didn't have to go anywhere else to get all of these things done like at my old dentist. A week later, I got my permanent crown in and I want to say that it looks even better than my original tooth! Dr. Muraoka owns a dental lab that I guess makes teeth for other dentists!! Found my forever dentist!

My 3y.o had her first teeth exam here and it went very well. She had a cleaning, floss and fluoride. From the receptionist, hygienist down to the dentist, they were very attentive and friendly. The clinic is clean and easy to locate. I highly recommend this dental clinic for families and individuals. The service you’ll received is worth the price.

Best dental experience I have ever had. Price, office, staff. Honest good people. No sales pitch or fear tactics to get you to spend money you don’t need too. Just genuinely and honestly concerned about your oral health. I would recommend to go here. And trust me, I am a critic but I don’t post reviews, for me to post a review is a BIG DEAL. And for a Dentist lol! These guys are great!

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. It was my first time to come over there, plus it was 7am, and one of the employees waited for me at the first floor lobby to accompany me to their clinic in the 5th floor. I'm honestly terrified of dentists, but my visit to Kaizen was very pleasant.

I have always been deathly afraid of the dentist. Luckily I found Dr. Eric Muraoka about four years ago and he is so kind and patient. His office staff are friendly, efficient and make sure that you are comfortable. They always run on time so I can make appointments doing my lunch hour. He is always improving his skills and has the most up-to-date equipment. I usually do not do reviews or post anything but I think they deserve all the stars available.

Been to quite a few dentists in my life and I’ve finally found one that actually cares and wants to really help his patients. Had a very bad experience with my previous dentist, every time he fixed my tooth it would end up breaking in a year or two. I had no insurance so every year it’s costing me thousands of dollars and I felt like I was getting ripped off, so I had to find another dentist and that’s when I found Dr Muraoka. He does a really great job and does a lot more than what other dentists are capable of doing and Dr. Muraoka is ahead of the curve with the latest technology. Try him out, you won’t regret it!

The staff is very professional and nice! I purchased the Zoom whitening with the trays and cannot be any happier with the results! She kept checking on me and thoroughly explained everything during the procedure. 10/10!! I even purchased one for my mother for her birthday.

We just returned to Alaska from our second trip to Kaizen Dental Center to get our teeth cleaned and worked on. My wife and are very impressed with their professionalism and quality of service. For instance, the crown they provided last year took less than 3 days to produce (because they have their own lab!) and both fits and has held up extremely well. Perhaps of greatest significance for us, Kaizen's prices are much more reasonable than anything we pay here in Alaska; I saved nearly $1,500 on my recent crown.

Went in for my 6 month cleaning . Always a great job done by the dental assistant. My teeth feels clean and smooth after cleaning and polishing.
Had many appointments at this clinic and never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to get in.
When I keave, I get a complimentary tooth brush, floss, and paste!
