Even during the COVID-19 Pandemic Kaizen dental staff very kind & welcoming to my 4 children and I during our visit. The receptionist was very sweet while taking my kids temperatures as COVID-19 protocol before their appointments. I’m very grateful that my kids are NOT TERRIFIED of going to the dentist because they feel comfortable & safe while with the dental professionals at Kaizen. I also inconveniently rescheduled my appointments a few times & the receptionist that helped me was very patient & polite, she was very accommodating when rescheduling me multiple times. I’m so grateful that my husbands union recommended Kaizen to us as part of the insurance they provide. ☺️

This office is AWESOME!!! The waiting room has a HUMUNGOUS PILLOW on the floor to sit or lay down and watch TV. Dr Eric is da bestest and his staff is caring and friendly, did I mention they’re hilarious 🤪

I was on vacation when I broke my tooth. Dr. Kaizen was able to attend me the next day. They made me feel very comfortable, I had no pain during the procedure and I was able to be on my way in no time. The staff was very friendly and professional. Thankful to find such great care on my vacation. I highly recommend Kaizen Dental Center.

I have been with this dental group for at least 7 years maybe more. When I first started with them they had a different name. The dentist is excellent. They accept Medicare and Medicaid if you need crowns they make them in house and teeth cleaning is a breeze. They also have a membership discount plan which is good value. Not open weekends.

After a year of putting off my teeth cleaning due to Covid, I finally made it in to Kaizen. Their clinic was spotless and clean, and took a plethora of steps to insure both the health and safety of myself but as well the staff. Speaking of the staff, the entire team was warm and friendly.

Kaizen is the absolute BEST dental service I've ever known. Dr. Muraoka is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and his technology is state of the art. The technicians are great at what they do and the office staff is outstanding and always accommodating. I used to dread going to have dental work but since I've been going to Kaizen I look forward to a great dental experience. They fixed every problem and I've got my smile back better than ever thanks to Dr. Moraoka and his great staff! Aloha Kaizen!!!

Regular care and cleaning is the key to dental health, Dr. Kaizen’s program makes it easy. And a big shout out to the friendly staff, a happy team makes the visit plesant. FYI he has the latest Hi-tech equipment. Staff works well with your insurance plan.

They have always run on-time and the hygenist explained everything that she was seeing and doing while she did my bi-annual cleaning. Air purifiers running in every room, and felt very safe during COVID. Dr. Murioka was fast and professional as always.

Came here after many, many (way too many) years of not visiting the dentist. Needless to say, I was concerned. But the friendly and knowledgeable staff made me feel at ease right away. Made it though my first appointment with no hiccups and signed up to return on a regular basis for cleanings.
They always seem happy to reschedule appointments, if needed on the occasions when I have had conflicts. Smooth and relatively painless procedures, x-rays, teeth cleaning and whitening. You can also find discounts on groupon. Win, win! Special thanks to Jaclyn and Trisha who are just the best!!

Dr.Muraoka and his team of highly skilled and considerate dental professionals are simply the best. They've provided my family and me with extraordinary care and exemplary customer service time and time again. Whether it be routine cleanings, cavity fillings, root canals, teeth whitening, or even full dentures, Dr. Muraoka and his staff are extremely efficient and meticulous in their work. Calls are answered politely, appointments are scheduled promptly, and friendly text/email reminders are provided regularly. Their office is beautiful and clean as well, having just been renovated with new interior finishes and the latest dental equipment. I've absolutely hated going to the dentist in the past, but, at Kaizen, my mind (and body) is completely at ease. I have even fallen asleep during a root canal procedure once! Impossible! Thank you again team Kaizen Dental!!
