Great place to go get your teeth checked out and cleaned. Staff was amazing and the atmosphere was great. I usually have a hard time with dentist since I see a lot of bad reviews online for certain places but Kaizen Dental was not one of those places and continued to surprise me again and again. Definitely sticking with them for all my future dental needs!

Being a senior (88) I isolated for a year+, and had not been to Kaizen for even longer. Wow!! What awesome changes! From the new welcoming decor, updated equipment and procedures, expanded personnel, and media usage and follow-ups, Kaizen is totally 'with it!' Best of all, the professionalism of the staff is equaled in full measure by their friendliness and personalization of interactions with patients. Their calm efficiency is in perfect balance with their welcoming and caring attitudes. Kudos to Dr. Muraoka, who has developed an operation of total excellence! I am thrilled and grateful to be a Kaizen patient!!
p.s. As my dentist had retired, and before going to Kaizen (then GMS Dental), I responded to free cleaning ads from 6 different dentists. Each quoted me costs to include both needed and elective treatment (with no differentiation stated) to continue as their patient. At Kaizen (also for free cleaning), Dr. Muraoka told me honestly what work was crucial, and what was not essential. He then immediately and graciously respected my choices for only the essentials, and continues to do so today while still giving me the best of care. This is integrity!!

I recently had an appointment at Kaizen,1st visit. I wasn't sure if I could afford dental implants but after talking with HA, who was very helpful and answered the questions I had, she encouraged me to come in for a free consultation to access my situation. I went in a had a very kind dental assistant that asked what were my goals, I explained that I just wanted to be able to smile,eat ,and regained some confidence without worry. Then I was introduced to Dr.Muraoka,( I think that was his name,Sorry) anyway He was great explained what my options were, which was very do-
able! The best part was that my insurance could cover apart of the procedure, which I didn't know. 🤗 ! BTW in that visit I got x-rayed
and impressions done for my implants. It will take a while due to the extractions and the healing that needs to take place but I am patient. When I was told was my out of pocket cost would be if I wanted to complete it soon
er, I couldn't believe it, I was SO EXCITED
So...if anyone is thinking of getting some work done on your teeth,check out Kaizen , my may be surprised. Also the staff was very friendly, it was a great experience 👍 Aloha stay safe!

I've been going to Kaizen since my friend reccomended them 5 years ago. They've kept my teeth healthy throughout changes to my insurance and career. Whether it's pulling out my wisdom teeth or flossing everywhere I don't they have always offered the friendliest, most helpful service. (Also super happy with my hygenist, thanks K!)
Dr. Muraoka has resumed operation after the covid closure, and he takes the health of his staff and customers very seriously. I felt comfortable and safe knowing the staff was taking special precautions by monitoring temperatures, using face masks and visors, and the addition of special air filters.
Can't reccomend enough! Thanks Dr. M and team.
