Kaizen Dental Center - Downtown Honolulu

Had an excellent experience during my first visit to Kaizen Dental for a cleaning. Really great team all around. Everyone is really nice and also know what they're doing.

Cleaning was amazing and very thorough!

Doctor was very positive and helpful during the routine exam, and I'd definitely get dental work done later with Dr. Eric Muraoka when it's needed. 10/10!

I was getting dental care for quite awhile at my previous dental office. Somehow the work that was done to my teeth - wouldn’t last very long! Then I’d have to go back to replace it within a year of completion! I feel that this was poor workmanship for the amount of money that I have spent! Every time I went back to repair - it costed me more money and it just wasted my time - so I’ve decided to make a change!!

I looked up info on my phone and Kaizen Dental Center - had all the different departments in one place! Which this is very amazing to me! My care experience thus far, is greatly appreciated and the worked done is outstanding! I’m very please with my choice to have my dentist changed. I will tell everyone about Kaizen - starting with my adult children.

Very friendly, professional and patient staff with excellent dentists. I am terrified of dentists and literally dread going to their offices. I explained my fears to the Kaizen staff and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and respected, not making light of it. There is no long waiting, you get in at your scheduled time and they don't rush you along if you're nervous. Admittedly, their office is tricky to find and it's paid parking, but I just parked at Walmart for the very short walk over to their office. Walmart validates for free parking for 2 hours if you buy $20 worth of items. It was perfect because I had several items I needed to pick up anyway. There is other affordable parking nearby for $1.50 per hour but hey why not shop for items you need instead? The dentist gave me great advice with a needed referral and I will definitely be back to their office, only next time I will be a lot less scared!

I have never been fond of dentists but after the experience with Kaizen Dental Center my mindset has changed completely. It was the best experience ever! My smile is back and stronger than ever. I got X-Rays & cleaning done. The process was painless, very clean & safe. I had some stains in a few of my teeth and they are gone. I highly recommend them! The best! 🙌🏼

It was my first visit. Such incredible people, I mean they are a team that's unbeatable. My consultation took every factor into consideration, including personal concerns, financial concerns, various insurance information and referrals, and such beautiful and genuine care and comfort. Friendly is not the only word. Genuine concern for your continued "kaizen"--movement forward to a great solution functionally and aesthetically. By far the best name that can be given to such a remarkable staff. I have a long day coming up that will structure my new teeth and I'm so happy and comfortable knowing I'll continue to be in excellent care!

I’ve been coming to this dentist for a few years now and I absolutely love it! Everyone is so sweet, personable and through. They remember the little details and make you feel very comfortable. I leave there happy and with the cleanest teeth! They are also very updated with using texting and always get back to me so quickly. Highly recommend!! : D

For so long I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist. Kaizen dental has totally changed that for me. I love coming here. The service is great and the staff is always welcoming. Dental cleanings are easy to book and they have lots of appointment times to choose from. I always book 8 am slots so I can go right before work.

I have felt at some other places they tend to always add extra services or always say that I need fillings? Not sure if I really needed all that extra work before coming here. At kaizen dental they seem to take a more conservative approach and I completely trust them and their recommendations!

Best dentist I’ve ever had. Never tries to “upsell” any extra procedures, always explains everything he’s doing and his technique is very gentle. The routine cleanings are also pleasant and painless with much consideration for my comfort. As I said, Dr. Muraoka is the best dentist I’ve ever had!

I needed to get to the dentist quickly and Kaizen dental was able to accommodate my schedule and get me in and out of my cleaning in under an hour! I also thought the in house saving plans was an amazing deal and am so happy I found this place! Thank you Kaizen Dental!!!

GREAT GREAT GREAT! Great service, great office, great workers! Loved it! I’m so picky when it comes to Drs and places I go to for different services. Parking was a little tricky the first time but I did have ate by step instructions the office provided me I just wasn’t familiar with downtown and it’s buildings but once there it’s 1000% worth it. The hygienists are great (Malia was amazing! And I really appreciated Dr.M taking the time to make sure I understood anything I asked questions about) the office has everything from X-rays to their own labs to do anything needed which I liked very much. It was very clean, and they make you feel super comfortable. JUST AWESOME. Without feeling like I’d like to keep this gem of a place to myself so it’s not clogged up like so many other dental offices I completely think this place is top shelf quality and absolutely recommend it. Thank you guys!
