I donβt usually write reviews. The experience at Kaizen Dental has me strongly considering switching dental service. It was that great. The location was new to me and I was a bit lost. So I called in and the friendly voice of the receptionist guided me in from the parking garage. Next I met Ha. Unbelievably happy and knowledgeable as well as skilled. Best ever cleaning! Dr Muraoka was easy to relate to and answered all questions in a way that demonstrated genuine interest, knowledge, and empathy. I am pleasantly surprised and grateful for the services I received at Kaizen Dental.

The Kaizen folks operate a highly professional, kind and compassionate practice. The convenient to access location is downtown. The office and modern equipment are kept in immaculate condition. The staff is friendly, patient and efficient. They accept most insurance. Iβd award them six stars if that was an option.

My first visit to Kaizen Dental center back in June 2021 was great. Especially for the services provided by Dental hygienist Kira in June 2021 and June 2022. I get routine cleaning done every six months, twice a year and look forward to my next appointment with Kira in Dec 2022.
