Wonderful. Absolutely the best dental experience ever and this is based on a global record. Everyone from reception to hygienist to dentist was professional and genuinely nice. Equipment was modern and inspired confidence. My teeth felt so clean after a long deferred cleaning due to the lockdown. They took the time to give a thorough cleaning. And even if I found them because of a GROUPON coupon, I would go return even without a discount because they were simply the best.

I hate needles and the dentist have been scary place for me for a very long while just by early on experience. But Doc has a procedure that numbs your gums and you can’t feel a thing making the operation swell and soothing. I’ve gone through fixing my grill and we’re almost done. This is a life changing for me getting my smile back. The employees are super nice and if you’re scared like I was, there will be an aunty to hold your hand and comfort you through the procedures. But that smile changes everything and Doc does a fantastic job. I’ve found out from a close a friend of mine with a shinny smile at work who has been visiting him told me I should go by Kaizen Dental. One of the greatest choices I’ve made in my life. I can’t thank them enough.

I was traveling from California when a crown of mine came loose. I called a few dental offices, and finally got a real person at Kaizen ,who immediately made me feel like they would go out of their way to help me. Thirty minutes later I was in their office filling out the paper work. Five minutes later I was greeted by a very friendly dental technician who took an x-ray of my tooth FREE of charge! Then Dr. Morioka (spelling?) came in with a very friendly approach and fixed me right up. He explained everything calmly and efficiently, and his work was caring and kind. Twenty minutes later I was good to go, and the best thing was how much money they saved me by waiving three of their fees, including the x-ray. I would unconditionally give Kaizen Dental Center a five star rating, and I'll fly back to the mainland tomorrow with a huge satisfied smile on my face! The office staff was very friendly as well. Thank you to everyone in the office!

Excellent, friendly, and professional staff! The receptionist, hygienist (Kira), and Dr. Muraoka all deserve five-stars for their quality work and warm-aloha attitude. Although today was my first visit here, I can say with confidence that this is one of the best dental practices I have ever been lucky enough to try. I highly recommend them and already scheduled another appointment six months from now.

I had badly chipped my front tooth, and was referred to Kaizen Dental Center by a friend. The receptionists were very friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Muraoka was able to restore my smile that same day! He took special care and made sure that there was no pain. I couldn’t believe how well he did. You would never guess that half of my tooth was missing! Couldn’t be happier with Kaizen Dental Center and the work they do. A+
