Really appreciate Malia. Did not recall my previous visit at first. But as the day progressed, I began to recall bits a d pieces of our previous encounter.

I,m amazed that Malia could remember as many details about my mouth as she did! I will try to recall everything she mentioned in detail about cleaning my teeth and gums every day.

Explained all possible options for dental work. What would work best, but also gave alternative options. Gave detailed descriptions on what would be performed. Laid out the pricing options and various ways to pay. Haven’t had any work done yet but was impressed by the initial visit.

Dr. Eric Muraoka and team were professional, pleasant and punctual. They took time to explain the procedure and post care. Post care was verbally explained as well as written to ensure understanding. Later that same day, Dr. Muraoka followed up with a phone call to check on my well being. I highly recommend Kaizen Dental Center.

Kaizen Dental is honestly the best on the island. Their customer care is outstanding. I appreciate their professionalism. When it comes to modern digital dental technology they rank the best! I haven't experienced a better dental clinic than Kaizen Dental and staff.

Friendly staff who help guide me thru dentist to finish without problems. I am surprised to pay low cost with thanks to my insurance. I want to continue Kaizen Dental Care to keep my teeth and gums healthy.

Visited the center on Friday for extraction of 2 cracked teeth. It was a very pleasant visit. I usually avoid going to the dentist because of trauma as a child. I only tough it up when I am in extreme pain but because of my excellent experience with the center before, I came back and will be going back again, sooner this time, cleaning. My first time with them was 4 years ago and I really liked how Dr. E. Muraoka put me at ease and made me comfortable when I said that I'm so nervous. He knew what to do to calm me down. He was very gentle. His assistant, Marvelee, even held my hand from beginning to end of procedure. I'm really such a big baby, lol. Yes, it took awhile for me to go back but I'm still a work in progress. Dr. Muraoka even follows up with a call at the end of the day to make sure that everything turns out ok. 10 stars for the Center, Dr. Muraoka and his staffs. Very professional. Love it all and I thank you very much for taking care of me and my dental issues! Hope to see you soon! :)

I would recommend coming here for your dental needs. I had a pleasure of having Kira cleaning my teeth. She was very professional, caring and gentle and it was painless. The only thing was I did not meet Dr. M. I already have an appointment for cleaning with Kira in 6 months.

The staff were super friendly and helped me through anxiety and nervousness. I went in for a toothache and had some of my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Muraoka and his staff genuinely cared for what I had to say and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. He even called a few hours later to check in to see how I was doing post extraction. Definitely recommend going to their office

Friendly, honest, knowledgeable staff. great dentist. no long waits. scheduling appointments are very easy. text, email, or call they respond right away. no more computer recordings that will direct you to press numbers and put you on long holds. getting an estimate for dental work is very fast as well. office and clinic are clean. the super big bean bag in the waiting area is so comfy. they're very accommodating. they even switch the tv shows in the lobby when kids or adults are in the area. my appointments always start on time. hope they'll open another clinic on leeward side to service more clients with dental needs. thank you!
