There is no better dentist than Kaizen Dental! My entire family comes to see Dr. Eric and his incredibly formerly and knowledgeable staff. We come here for all our dental needs! Even clear braces! My 85 year old Mom just got her teeth whitened!! We ♥️ Dr. Eric and his team!!

As an end of the day appointment on Valentine’s Day, I felt a little guilty. However the staff at this office were completely wonderful! I did not feel rushed, felt as if I had their full attention and dedication. Marvelous team, super thankful for their hard work!

Kaizen Dental is the best in town. That’s not just hyperbole. In my own opinion and my experiences with dentists on the island, Dr. Muraoka and his staff at Kaizen are the best on Oahu.

The Kaizen Dental Center is the best dental office I have been to since entering the civilian sector. Every there makes u feel like u are old friend yet they are also so professional at the same time, hard to describe but I love here!!

From the of first contact this was a friendly, caring and happy ohana. Being deeply afraid of dental work, I put this off until the last minute. I had been proud of myself for buying the Groupon coupon for, an exam, X-rays and cleaning but using it was another thing.
I needn't have worried, they were friendly, my hygienist sweet and gentle. And with the actual "dentist in my mouth" time at around 90 seconds, the overall experience was not at all distressing.

1st I’m from the Big Island, so I was 30 minutes late. They still accommodated me, and also Jonathan stayed on the phone with me until I got there. I then met Ha, who was fabulous! I could tell she was a perfectionist like me, and she did everything from start to finish! Mouth wash, panoramic xrays, and a super through cleaning! She’s gentle and very conscientious of how I was doing. This was my 1st time to a dentist in 5 years (life happens), but she cleaned my teeth to make it look and feel like I kept up with cleanings. The dentist (Dr. Muraoka) didn’t want to do anything he felt unnecessary, since I’m no model, but still had me referred to an orthodontist because I want to fix a few problem areas. Ha even put lip balm on me, which is such a luxury. Surprisingly, I can’t wait to go back and don’t know whah took me so long! Don’t hesitate to make your appointment, you won’t regret it!

During the pandemic, they were able to get me in as soon as possible for my toothaches. The staff was very nice and welcoming! My first experience there was a great one! Pain free! The Doctor was informative and friendly. Thank you and I’ll be back !
