Kaizen Dental Center - Downtown Honolulu

I chose Kaizen dental because it was close to work, but after two separate cleanings I need to be honest… the team at Kaizen dental is outstanding… my first time there they made me feel like family and joked around with me… then the dental assistant was super nice and did my cleaning pain free as well as quick… After a quick check by the dentist I got a positive grade… they then gave me some freebies to help keep my teeth clean… in fact, i even learned some new things i.e. why the regular dental floss is better than the floss picks.

have had 2 other dental clinics, but they are by far the best… if I could I would give them 6-stars… Mahalo Kaizen Dental! 🤙😁🦷🪥🤙

My family and I have been going to this dentist office since I was 4 so it’s been about 20 years now (some of the current staff have seen us grow up throughout the years). Of course the company has gone through name changes (Gentle Dental, GMS Dental, and now Kaizen Dental) but the quality in their work has never changed. The kindness, hospitality, quality, and care they have provided us can’t compare to anywhere else. I will always recommend this team to anyone looking for a new dentist.

If anyone has anxiety or anxiety about the dentist go here! Literally the best dentist experience of my life. Front desk was super nice and helpful (shoutout to Jacklyn) and gave me really clear parking directions which was great because finding parking in town is a nightmare. The garage was also really cheap (less than $4). The place was super clean and everyone was really nice! I have generalized anxiety and anxiety with the dentist office in particular because of bad past experiences but this hygienist was super cool:) She knew what she was doing and had great patience with me. She showed me some better brushing and flossing techniques which was really helpful! And answered my silly questions about my teeth very nicely. The dentist was super chill and immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. By the end of the visit I had 0 anxiety and look forward to my next appointment! They even gave me a clear outline of costs, choices, and even a diagram of the cavities I have and where which was so awesome! Also the best floss ever is available here!! 10/10

Today was my 1st visit at Kaizen Dental. My experience was very welcoming, and friendly. From being warmly greeted by the receptionist, the care of the assistant, and the gentle and very knowledgeable Dentist. I loved how very real and up front they all were. I look forward to seeing more of them in the future. I've finally found my new dentist. Highly recommended them. 🙌

I totally recommend Kaizen Dental Center, there staffs are very friendly. They had answered all my questions and concerns about my teeth. They also offer great deals for a 1 year plan of 2 teeth cleanings with x-rays just for $150. Which is an affordable price especially if you do not have any dental insurance. I finally found my go to dentist place.

I am sensitive to touch and Doctor is so very Gentle when doing my tooth. He also gives me Great Dental advice. They have updated equipment as well which is very important for my care.

I have had bad experiences with two previous dental clinics who scammed me to get dental work that requires you to come back for more. Like those bad car repair shops who will try to find extra unnecessary repairs!

I broke a back molar prior to a 12 day vacation starting in Honolulu.
Upon arrival in Hawaii, I knew I couldn't take a broken tooth for two weeks, or it might break worse.

I called at 8am, and I was seen at 930am.

The Dentist and crew were awesome 👌

My tooth was fixed in about 45 minutes and was nearly pain-free.

I highly recommend everyone at this office.

Kaizen Dental was absolutely amazing! I went in got a routine cleaning and X-rays off a Groupon I found. Everyone from the gentleman who X-Rayed me to my very sweet hygienist who was very warm and kind to the dentist to even the woman who checked me in and out! I’m used to feeling stressed and just one of the masses when i go to the dentist and they really make you feel like they care. I didn’t get pressured to spend a bunch of money on procedures i did not need. I’ve definitely found my main dentist! Thank you Kaizen Dental team!!
