Excellent service from Dr. Eric Muraoka . I needed a root canal. I have extreme dental anxiety. The staff was amazing and helped me stay calm. I didn't bolt from the seat. Being really numb and having my headphones blasting eased my nerves. Everything was taken care of as quickly as possible. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.

I had a great experience. Staff made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. Dr. Muraoka was adamant and passionate about making sure I get the smile I wanted. All in all the best dentistry in Oahu 100%. Highly recommend.

I was in Honolulu on vacation and was experiencing dental pain No one wants to go to the dentist on vacation, but so glad I did. Not only was EVERY person upbeat and kind - the service I received was top notch and I honestly have never been so happy to have gone to the dentist. I live in Kansas, I half seriously want to fly to HI just to use them as my primary dentist. Honestly - not at all surprised at the 5 star reviews. Go - you won't be sorry.

I normally don’t mind going to the dentist, but going to Kaizen Dental Center to get my teeth whitened is always a pleasant experience. I’ve gotten my teeth whitened here about 5-6 years ago, thanks to Groupon, and even today, same great service. The dental assistant/whitening specialist was very thorough - she went over what to expect and post-procedure care instructions, and even gave me a bell to ring in case my teeth started to get sensitive to the whitening product. Even with the bell, the staff here constantly checked on me to make sure I was doing okay. I was even offered a paraffin wax hand treatment during the procedure, which, honestly, I now wish I did, during my me-time! Anyway, the end result: teeth whiter than my shirt! Amazing! Will definitely be coming back again in a few years (planning to keep these teeth white as long as possible)!

i was given an appointment by LHI for dental work. I was treated as if i have been there for the longest time, they got updated dental equipment and the staffs are friendly and work as a team. They took care of my dental issues well and professionally. They text you for a survey within 24 hours after your service. Meaning they still want to communicate with you to see what they can improve on or what they did well for sustainment. After that firat experiences and their location, i switched my dentist to Kaizen and have referred friends and family members there as well.

Kaizen Dental Center, located downtown at the Fort St. Mall is the best dental service I've ever experienced or recollect in 48 years. I can only comment on my 1st initial appointment, an exam & cleaning. My dentist Dr. Camden Tokunaga, his tech, Mr. Jared & the office manager, Ms. Ha are all on point & professional, friendly, likeable and humorous. They truly make your dental procedure/experience pleasant & enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this Kaizen office and this staff for my further procedures.

My 1st appt. With Kaizen Dental Center
was today 01/13/22 at 3:00. I was running a little late so I called them to let them know the situation and to my surprise they were very understanding. All of the staff were awesome. Especially Ha. They all have great personalities and I would recommend Them to whoever is in need of a dentist. Much Mahalo’s to the entire staff of

My experience with kaizen dental is awesome. Dr Muraoka and his staff is amazing. Very friendly. They treat you like family. Soon you walk off the elevator they greet with a friendly smile.like I’ve been their for a long time. And this is my first visit. Im a big person. And the chairs in the waiting room is for normal size people. A staff member went out of her way and bought out a king size bench so I could be comfortable. True story. They listen to what I needed and explain after the X-rays what could and couldn’t be done. Other place I visited said couldn’t. Kaizen said could. Other places I couldn’t afford it. But kaizen found ways to make it affordable. If not they will research and find ways. Another true story. My testimony here today is true. They made it possible and affordable to put a smile back in me. Give them a call at Kaizen dental clinic.
