Kira did a great job cleaning my teeth! I have a lot of sensitivity. She gave me a good cleaning that didn’t hurt at all. The dentist was also friendly & professional. He wasn’t pushy at all.

My first time here I didn’t know what to expect. Got an appointment through LHI to see if I could get something to fill in the gap for my missing tooth. They recommended getting a bridge which would look aesthetically better considering how small the gap has gotten. I went with the bridge and after they were done I was SUPER HAPPY with the results. The price wasn’t as expensive as I thought it would be either. ALL the staff there were super friendly and very comfortable to talk to. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for any of your dental needs!! Definitely coming back again.

Great staff with outstanding customer service skills. The registered dental hygienist or Hagienist (see Kaizen Dental Dream Team for explanation) tasked with performing the x-ray and cleaning did an exceptional job. We loved the place so much we decided to enroll in their in-house dental plan which includes cleanings, x-rays, exams, and discounts for other procedures...crowns, root canals, etc. The annual family plan costs less than three months of my Delta Dental Plan premium. Dr Muraoka takes the stress out of the dental procedures with his excellent communication skills and his consideration of your comfort level throughout the procedure.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I’m so happy I went in to get my teeth cleaned from their Groupon special. Kira was my dental hygienist and she did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and not once was I ever in any discomfort. She had a gentle touch even though some tuff scraping. Dr. Muraoka is very nice, personable and honest, was happy to hear everything was good. No one was pushing any services and super friendly. The front desk even went looking for me when I stepped out to make a phone call and missed my timed appointment and still took me late. Felt like I had been here for years! I will definitely be going back for any needed check-ups.

An excellent dental care experience and truly great value. Our appointment included examination, panorama and bite x-rays, as well as a thorough clean/ flouride treatment - even a goodie bag. The staff were all very nice. As far as trips to the dentist go, I highly recommend this one.

Went to visit Kaizen for teeth whitening. Had an awesome experience. Plan for 1.5 hours, but they ensure everything was easy and comfortable. Loved the results! Well worth it, my pearl whites are so bright!

I found a discount on Groupon, and I really enjoyed my visit. I will be making this my main dentist! The staff is very friendly, I really felt so comfortable. The parking is a bit expensive near the office. I showed up at exactly 4pm when my appointment was supposed to be and they gave me a chance to re-park my car at Alii palace - even giving me directions back to the clinic. I got healthy hygiene tips that I will be incorporating into my daily routines as well as scented floss and sodium fluoride tooth paste. Overall I would definitely recommend coming here.
