If you’re looking for superior care make an appointment at Kaizen Dental Center. Kira, my Dental Hygienist ensured comfort and an excellent cleaning at my last visit. Dr. Nip, was very knowledgable and offered multiple options regarding my dental care and concerns. Everyone including the front desk receptionist were very welcoming and attentive during my visit. 5 stars, highly recommend. Already scheduled my next checkup!

I’m older and it has been a hot minute since visiting a dentist. My visit to Kaizen Dental was unlike anything I have ever experienced at any health care provider. I felt something was up when I saw a large beanbag cushion in the waiting room. The kids weren’t crying. They seemed happy to be there and they got to rummage through a treasure chest at the end of their visit. I was a little envious. I don’t know what is going on at Kaizen, but without exception, everybody there is freakishly kind, attentive, funny, intuitive, etc. In my opinion, there service and customer service is comfortably second to none!

Simple, efficient, organized, and a fully staffed office provided a great first time experience for my dental cleaning since the onset of the pandemic. The in-house dental discount offers two dental cleaning, six months apart for $150, including X-Rays. As nervous as anyone would be going to the dentist, the transparency of Kaizen dental was effective at putting me at ease. My teeth feels clean finally, thank you!

Helpful, friendly, and very on-point staff! Customer service is excellent at Kaizen Dental Center and the hygienist & dentist were very friendly and answered any questions I had about any dental concerns. Overall, one of the best dental centers I have ever been to and would highly recommend!

I got a Groupon for this place, and I didn't expect much for what paid. I just want a X-ray to make sure I do not have major cavities. I also need a new dentist in Hawaii, so I was planning to use Groupon to "survey" few dentists in the area. I don't think I need to try other dentists any more. I am very impressed by the modern equipment and the scale of the operation they have here. I didn't expect a thorough teeth cleaning, but I received the most detailed and longest teeth cleaning I have ever had. I paid more than 5 times of the Groupon value in California for a brief cleaning. They also charged a lot less for my retainer replacement. The staff is very friendly and I love the black dog they have in their office.

Kaizen Dental is great! I started seeing Dr. Muraoka back when they were called GMS Dental, and this office has never disappointed me. Kira was my hygienist for years, and she is great at what she does. She is so calm, kind, and patient. Dr. Muraoka even told me, as I was preparing to move out of the country, that if I needed a second opinion on dental work while I was living in Korea that I could just reach out to his office, even if I technically wasn't his patient anymore! I can tell that everyone in this office really has patients' well-being in mind. I always had good experiences here. I miss Kaizen!
