the hardest part of this experience is the waiting. Do not call if you want any kind of help, they never answer the phones and take months to return a voice message. But i came here for pediatric dentistry er and they saw me within 3 hours. Dr's are amazing they got the job done wo my 6 yr old freaking out. They are absolutely the best and I would come back. TAKE IN MIND every child is different.

Waited a while for them to answer the phone when they did whenever was on the phone was extremely rude.

Worst excuse for a medical facility I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would give this place negative stars if I could. There is no possible way to communicate with anyone at this place and once you finally get someone's e-mail, not phone number, but their e-mail they take a month to respond to a simply question. The doctors could really care less about their patients and how they treat them not to mention their lack of communication with patients which is proof that they seriously either hate their job or don't want to help the people that are desperately searching for it. Looks like I will die before I get any treatment here...this place deserves to be burned to the ground.

Horrible...just horrible. I was recommended to get surgery under general anesthesia for my wisdom teeth. After telling them about my complications due to ehlers danlos syndrome and potsyndrome, they decided to continue and be rough. During my recovery I got dry sockets by day 2 and was sent to the emergency room. Following that there was a piece of gauze that was left in my socket by week four and was infected. Not only that but it left permanent damage during the incubation of general anesthesia. I Remember by week 3 my throat was still on fire. Now I have 21 tonsil stones every two weeks because these people decided to ignore that I had severe sensitivities and they forced the tube in and out of my throat. What a shame because now I have to get my tonsils removed which is another procedure that could be potentially dangerous for me. I tend to get infections with every surgery I get and healing time is always triple the time. I am on month 3 and my wisdom teeth still have not closed because of my illnesses. Now I have to go back and do another surgery in a month because these people decided to ignore my warning and all the medical evidence and instructions that I had told him to do. Shame on this Dentistry. They should be sued

My appointment was at 1:30 on the 2nd floor
I got here at 12:51 I was on line till 1:35 with 11 other people waiting in line as well,
Forget about the COVID with all the people waiting as well
with only 3 people on the window but only 1 attending.
The only reason why im giving a 2 starts is because of the wait time, that most of the time they have.

Doctors are so nice. They do get a 5star

The treatment that my daughters have recieve is very good I love the dentists there...i like the personel... But what I dont like is that I am always calling to make an appointment and can't get a hold of no one. To leave a mesaage the voicemail is always full... I live an 1 and 30 mns away and can't go there just to make an appointment... They should have a receptionist who answers the phone calls.

Horrible front desk customer service. I only came here to get wisdoms teeth extractions but the way the front desk girls treat you makes you not want to return. They treat you with no respect and like you are an ignorant person while rolling their eyes at you. If I go to a place I want to get treated with respect and courtesy not like I'm annoying them asking questions or because they got upset last time I was there. We had to speak with their manager, Maria Limon, twice and she's very kind and respectful but it doesn't seem like she's brought it up to them because they always act so disrespectful.
Don't get me wrong, the service the surgeons provided me with and clinical directors, are very nice and respectful but customer service begins from the moment you step in and today was the last time I will be there.

My student dentist Shaveta Behl did a great job restoring my teeth. She was very kind, and took time to answer my many questions. She was careful to make sure my bite fit perfectly, and I felt that I could trust her to do the dental work the right way. I appreciated her willingness to show me the proper way to floss, and as far as dentist appointments go I was happy with the experience.

Was seen in urgent care in July. They said they'd call me back for a Follow up appointment to begin work. They never called, and it's been 2 months. How Negligent!!!!
